What I was implying is that cultural and societal pressures can often force people into career decisions they may not want to make. Perhaps if there were more child assistance programs from employeers this wouldn't be the case. That's a whole different article though with an entirely different area to research. However, some of your rhetoric can seem quite a bit close to their's at times.
