This must vary from state to state because here in NC i pay for CS, medical insurance, 70% of uninsured medical costs, clothes, school supplies & athletics... My ex is on vacation to see her ex in NY just about boweekly but goes in front of a judge, turns on the water works and gets away with murder I basically subsidize her ability to see her husband

I can dig it... i know the level of intensity... my little girl plays at the "elite" level which is about 3 levels up from select here in nc... I get the jist of it but as a soccer dad i was maybe a bit offended at being dropped into that whole crazy parents bucket.. soccer dad here (girl's soccer specifically) and I dunno about this- seems incredibly generalized- for the record i think that homey was a douche that needed to be put in his place- the drone operator shoulda just called the cops and explained that the dad was harassing him... its an open field in a public location- there is no expectation of privacy- its a fairly straightforward thing IMO

sorry guys but this isnt true... there has to be an order decreeing that he has some kind of custody rights to the child... your best shot here is the UCCJEA (federal law stipulating what state retains the right to issue and order of custody) use it and wield it like a bat- GET A LAWYER NOW http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Child_Custody_Jurisdiction_And_Enforcement_Act

ok- so i had this very same thing happen to me about a yr ago in NC... first off the cops wont do shit unless you have a custody order saying that you have either sole or joint custody of the child. i know this because i called the local pd, county sheriff & the FBI to see what i could do... i got the same response every time... its a domestic issue to be handled by a family court... went to court... got jizzed on by the judge- went to a lawyer and $3500 later i got emergency custody of my daugh…
