I am not sure how much men care about women, unless it’s to use us for sex or to stroke their ego…

People are selfish; they put their needs above the needs of their partner. Love is also very hard when things hit rock bottom. It’s easy to support a partner when they’re doing well, not so much when they’re falling apart - most will leave

I think only a small percentage of the population are capable of real love. Other interactions are transactional and done out of convenience/self interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:52 AM

Yep, I agree with this.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/23 04:50 AM

No… Honestly, I feel bad talking to other guys even when I’m in the talking stage with a guy I’m trying to get to know. I wouldn’t say I’m super attractive, but do consider myself slightly above average. There are loyal women out there
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 03:10 AM

Yeah, thought about this a lot in my early twenties Am more or less indifferent Not going to be with a person just because I want someone to hold my hand when I’m on my death bed
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 02:41 AM

I just don’t believe in casual sex, for both men and women. Sex isn’t something fun and casual, it has long term consequences.

Think it depends on the pool party…lol

I prefer being alone to settling for drama and toxicity. I value my peace and my imagination is more beautiful than reality, so it’s not an unbearable way of life for me. Though I would like to find someone to hold and to love at some point in my lifetime.

Yeah, I agree now, thinking more about it This is why I don’t like or respect women who post lewd content on OnlyFans, Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, etc. They’re very much not being forced, and are taking advantage of men’s sex drives, frustrations, and loneliness to make a profit But it’s tricky, because men also feed the demand, so…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 07:36 PM

I get that men have high sex drives, but equating sex with medicine is a reach. You can live without sex; life is just quite miserable without it for men (and some women, I would argue) But you’re not going to die without it. But I can somewhat see your point in that they’re supplying something to a vulnerable and desperate population. That’s not exploitation though…that’s just supply and demand. They’re not the cause of these men’s loneliness/lack of sex, but they are filling a void
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 06:45 PM
1

Vulnerable lonely men aren’t being forced to have sex with a sex worker; there is a power dynamic here and the sex worker is the one with less power and autonomy
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 06:25 PM
4

No It’s safer, emotionally speaking. The emotional investment is very tiring. So long as it is consensual and the woman isn’t doing it out of desperation, then I don’t see how it is misogynistic. My issue with the sex work industry is it targets women who are vulnerable and gets them addicted to drugs in order to continue selling their bodies. It’s different if a woman is participating in it consensually and not out of desperation.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 03:12 AM

I agree, but…you have to look at the society we’re in. Men don’t look after women anymore, because they’re struggling to look after even themselves. Many of them have poor mental health/self esteem and are secretly miserable/ borderline suicidal. They don’t feel safe within their own bodies/minds…you can’t expect them to make us feel safe when they’re barely holding onto their sanity As for why or how it’s gotten this bad…many factors. I think our government deliberately created a sick society, …

I don’t know…I feel women who “are only attracted to guys who are 6 feet and taller” That seems off? Sometimes I think people need to adjust what they find themselves attracted to; something like height shouldn’t be a dealbreaker also lol, maybe.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 06:48 PM
1

lol, I dunno It’s kind of ridiculous…I’m actually mildly shocked that’s it’s that bad Like if you’re a woman and you’re 5’3-5’5 - a guy who is 5’9-5’10 is literally half a foot taller than you…why does it matter if he’s 6 feet
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 06:29 PM
1

Your height is 100% fine. (And I’m kinda tall - 5’ 7) I think it’s stupid, lol. A guy can be tall and have no attractive qualities, simply being tall doesn’t make someone attractive. There’s a huge list of other qualities I can think of that are more important. Girls who think like that…I don’t know, something is messed up in their heads. It kinda makes sense now…why a lot of guys on this sub are saying that many women are superficial and entitled. I’d be pretty peeved if I was a guy…that’s like…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 06:25 PM
4

Yeah, I’m a pretty tall female 5’ 7”, and I find the 6 feet requirement ridiculous. It makes sense for a female to prefer someone taller, because it makes us feel more protected when the guy is taller. (And I think there’s a dominance element to it too, though not all tall guys are dominant). But 6 feet? That’s like 15% of the US male population, very unrealistic. And yeah, it’s a double standard. Feminists would flip out if men did that, and honestly…weight is more in a person’s control. Majori…

I hope people realize that love is being there for your person when they are at their absolute lowest/worst condition. Which means, yes when they are sick, disabled, poor, etc. That applies to both sexes. You can’t have trust in a relationship otherwise. There’s no loyalty. You’ll always fear that the other person will leave you should xyz happen…no one is immune to tragedy… But yeah, there will definitely be suffering then, because people will act out of self interest and disregard the needs an…

Height is attractive to us, but personally…I just prefer the guy to be taller than me. Didn’t know that this 6 ft requirement is a thing?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/23 04:16 AM
1

Yeah, I had female roommates in their late 30s and early 40s, and they still looked great/went on plenty of dates/got married, so that narrative seriously needs to be changed. What makes some men more attractive as they age is their emotional maturity and career success (things men in their 20s don’t have), not their looks. On the whole, both sexes start to look less attractive as they age, which is why it’s called aging…

true true, my wording was unclear. Meant to say the drive and motivation to provide for loved ones...significantly more attractive than simply being rich
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/23 03:51 AM
4

Drive and motivation are significantly more attractive than money
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/23 03:36 AM
22

Potential is fine There’s a difference between a “rich man” and a “provider man”. A rich man is someone who is rich. It’s a measurement of wealth. A provider man seeks to provide for his loved ones. It’s something he values in himself and is committed to doing. It’s a mark of his character. Quality women look for provider men, not rich men. We care more about drive and a sense of responsibility than strict salary figures.

Femininity is being soft, gentle, nurturing, flowy, playful, receptive, and emotionally intuitive What you’ve described is more so childishness
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/23 06:11 PM

I feel like most couples both are at the same level of attractiveness? At least in the beginning

You’ll get there, it takes time. Just go into it with good intentions 😌
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 09:10 PM

I take a while, lol. Important to develop trust and understanding between each other. Only after that, then yes 😌 Sex is better with someone you trust and are connected to
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 08:19 PM

Wanting a woman who is submissive just means wanting someone who is softer, supportive, looks up to him, listens to him, trusts him. Women are often too masculine nowadays; they’re critical, bossy, and overbearing.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 07:37 PM
4

No, lol. I actually find most guys have features that are attractive in their own ways: could be eyes, hair, lips, voice, physique, jaw line, cheek bones, height, variety of things 😌 However, attractive doesn’t mean I’d want to have sex with him or date him Looks just have to hit a threshold, personality is what counts
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 07:06 PM
1

Because truly masculine guys have strong morals. They’re guided by their values, not self interest and ego
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/23 11:51 AM
1

Strong but gentle, means you endure pain but still retain your empathy. Most guys don’t deal with pain properly, especially emotional pain; it either hardens or weakens them. When a guy is masculine/high value, he knows how to properly deal with his pain. He doesn’t run away from problems or avoid the world because of his pain, nor does he use it as justification to destroy and treat others with cruelty. Leading in a crisis means when shit hits the fan, you remain levelheaded and focused on solv…

A masculine guy has a sense of direction, is goal oriented, driven, decisive, strong but gentle, has strong values, is principled, is in tune with and in control of his emotions, and leads in times of crisis This is hard to find nowadays

I'm in my late twenties, and I've had people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s confide in me about their relationship struggles with their spouses and their children. I cannot say that they are happier married with children than they would be if they were single and childless. I think most people make peace with how things are and try not to walk down the pathway of regret and "could have been"s, as doing so may cause sadness and will not fix anything. Of course, every parent loves their children …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 08:02 PM

I think more women nowadays are choosing to remain single and childless; there are also women who are married with children who regret, to some degree, marrying and having children, as they had to give up a substantial chunk of their freedom, ambition, and independence. Having children also takes a toll on a woman’s body. Raising a family also involves added domestic duties and responsibilities. It is a tough call. I personally believe in the value and beauty of marriage and family, but only wit…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/23 04:40 PM

I think both women and men “stalk” people they’re interested in. It’s not problematic unless you’re in a relationship or if you do something that makes the other person uncomfortable. I think the reason women perceive the same “stalking” behavior from men as creepy isn’t because we compare it our own behavior. Generally, someone “stalking” you isn’t considered to be creepy if you are attracted to them in some form. I think men in general are more often attracted to women, so they don’t find “sta…

Nothing wrong with being a late bloomer, people take time to grow and develop
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/23 03:18 AM
1

Yeah, I agree - I genuinely don’t believe I fall into this camp, but there are women who enjoy emasculating men, and using them for attention, money, and entertainment and that is something deeply problematic and disheartening But still, men do these things to women as well. It’s really become quite a mess, hard to build something meaningful with someone under these cultural conditions

No, I think it’s very thoughtful and considerate of you. I know that’s something working women find hard to balance, their jobs and domestic duties… After sleeping on it, I don’t think it’s really the income that is key…it’s more the man’s personality. It’s important I feel I can trust him, and that he would be a good leader, someone who can take charge and guide us out of hardship and suffering, should they happen. Life can get very hard and painful, it’s important to be with someone you can tu…

Yep, it is the same for men. But men have to lead for women to follow… Contrary to what some forums will tell you, most women do not like to be dominant; we enjoy being submissive. But I’m not following someone who doesn’t have my best interests at heart or doesn’t know what he’s doing. Trust is not given, it is earned. Never in history do people just blindly follow a leader when the leader hasn’t offered substantial evidence that he will be a good leader who will lead them to a good place. I wi…

Okaaayyy, then let’s table this. Nothing left to debate over.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:58 AM

That’s fair, but I didn’t say I wanted a man who was completely traditional? I do want one who has a provider mindset, who wants to make a good living to support our family. Seems you’re saying that that’s too much to ask for, because I’m not a virgin? I mean, that kinda sucks, but okay? I’m pretty content with who I am and my life decisions. I’m certainly not perfect and am probably lacking in some things. If I can’t find the kind of man I want because of that, then oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:56 AM
1

Alrighty. Since you guys are right, then just keep doing what you’re doing. Should work out in the end
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:39 AM
1

So because I’m not a virgin, I can’t want my partner to want to provide for me and my family?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:35 AM
1

Yeah, I don’t agree with you. Men are not truly in their masculine without feminine women. And women are not truly in their feminine without masculine men. But that’s fine. You guys can believe otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:28 AM
1

I don’t believe that, but we can agree to disagree then. Consider me a fraud 👌. I hope you find a TRUE feminine woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:25 AM
1

<image> The right column does not exist without the left column, and vice versa. You men want femininity without developing your masculinity. Doesn’t happen. It only did in the past, because women were forced into positions of subordination.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:21 AM
1

That’s fine. Good luck finding a woman who is in her feminine and will adore you/respect you/desire you if you don’t do your part and develop your masculinity.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:15 AM

Well, I lost my virginity before I could solidify my traditional values. What counts as fully traditional? Wanting a partner who wants to be a good provider?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:10 AM

My body count is 1, but that was before I solidified my values. If you’re asking me if I am modest, then absolutely yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 08:04 AM
2

I am. Sometimes my tone is silly. That’s just my personality. Femininity is similar to Masculinity in that it can be dormant until the right conditions allow it to manifest. When a woman feels comfortable and safe with a man, she will open her heart to him. This is feminine energy. It’s soft and flowing. It’s loving and accepting. When she feels distrust, she will lean more into her masculine. She will feel she cannot trust her partner and become guarded, rigid, and hyper independent as a result…

/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 07:26 AM

lol, fine don’t believe it. Keep doing what you’re doing, don’t work on improving yourself and being more masculine. See if that works out for you. See if you can attract a good quality woman that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 07:05 AM

That’s mean. Not going to do that but you have a good night
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 07:03 AM

Nah, it’s true, but you don’t have to believe it. Continue as you do and see if that leads you to happiness in your relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 07:00 AM

Yeah, I agree. I’ll make note of that and word it differently if I find myself bringing it up in the future.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:47 AM

Well yeah, nowadays definitely. Everyone’s mentally unhinged and broken 😅
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:43 AM

It’s more gender roles. “Man provides the house. Woman creates the home.” I do subscribe to them, yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:40 AM
1

Nah, I still think I’m right in that a lot of men treat women like crap and don’t deserve our time and love, and that they need to be better and offer more to a relationship. But, I can believe that and still express genuine concern, as I do think this matter is personal for you and that your experience and opinions also are valid. I’m not saying women are not at fault. But men also are to blame.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:22 AM

Still here, if you have more to vent out
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:14 AM

Well, I’m going to disprove both of your points by saying that I reckon you are hurting, but you are trying to pass it off as nonchalance. I am guessing women have not treated you well, which I am sorry for, and I do not believe you deserve whatever pain they caused you. But I have also been hurt by the men in my life, and I feel a need to express my concerns as well. I am willing to listen to your side if you want to share.

It kinda was, lol. But I reckon he’s just hurting on the inside
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:02 AM

I genuinely am not trying to trick you. If you have more to say, I am open to hearing
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 06:00 AM
1

I mean, I don’t mind hearing your side if you would stop resorting to personal attacks? You are aware that’s what you’re doing, right…you’re just attacking me and saying I’m dumb, irresponsible, a liar, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 05:58 AM
2

Eh, I don’t disagree with you, but I could use the same logic for men. You say most women aren’t worth investing in, I say most men aren’t either And I am indeed a woman 👩🏻
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 05:52 AM
2

So by my using the non dictionary definition of a term, you’re going to disregard my entire argument? I’m not going to respond to your comments from this point forward, because from this reply comment, it is clear that you lack the capacity to properly reason and form a coherent argument. Instead, you resort to personal attacks out of frustration and resentment. Goodbye.

Don’t be with a woman if you dislike her and don’t want to financially invest in her well being then…that’s what a man does for the woman he loves.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 05:37 AM
3

Ok, how does me not using the right term help your argument? I’m saying a man needs to care for his woman’s needs and well being, and we as women can tell if he doesn’t and is just using us.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 05:33 AM

Maybe the women you’ve met? All the ones I know are caring and willing to listen when their men are stressed? Also…even if we do, it doesn’t do anything…we take on the emotional labor, and they still mistreat us, so…why even bother to care for your guys’ feelings? You’re asking for me, as a woman, to be feminine and submit to men…when men have nothing to offer…what is there to submit to? That isn’t me being irresponsible. It’s be me being wise and cautious. You guys can reject the idea all you w…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 05:29 AM

I don’t disagree, but I think feminine women are still used and mistreated. Being feminine is not enough to motivate a man to be masculine.

Being able to sense what a person’s intentions are…their true feelings towards you

Ok, I’m traditional in this sense…and correct me if this is unreasonable to ask for But a man, when he decides to marry a woman, should strive to earn enough to the point where the woman should not need to work if she doesn’t want to. That’s not always doable, but it is a man’s duty to provide for his wife and family and he should make that a goal/priority. In the same sense, a woman ought to respect and honor her husband. She should know how to cook and clean, and maintain a home for him and th…

/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 04:50 AM

Ok, I actually don’t want to be mean to you. 😅 Women are partially at fault too, but men also have to work on themselves. You can disagree and call me a bitch, but that’s my take on the matter
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 04:46 AM
2

Yeah, I agree. But a human being has to rise above the environment they’re placed in. Environments are never ideal. No one’s holding a gun to our heads and forcing us to behave in certain ways. It’s just much harder now to do the right thing. These cultural conditions are perfect for weeds to grow, no blossoms, no fruits.

If it makes you feel better about yourself to believe that, then be my guest, keep the insults coming
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/23 04:21 AM

I mean you can reject the idea all you want, but that’s not going to change reality. Men want women to submit to them, but they don’t think what they’re asking women to submit to…it’s purely driven by their ego, zero empathy for women. Why should a woman submit to irresponsibility, laziness, unfaithfulness, selfishness etc. ? Set aside your ego, and think of what you’re asking for women to do. If men spent just a second empathizing with women instead of using us to boost their ego and escape the…

I do agree that economics play a role here, but being a leader and provider/protector is more than just income. Plenty of wealthy men in the world who do nothing for women, or worse…harm them. It’s about your sense of commitment. Women are emotionally intelligent creatures; we can tell if a guy’s intentions are in the right place. Most men’s aren’t, if they’re being honest. A lot of them use women for sex and/or an ego boost, wasting her time and intimacy.

I don’t do any of the above things, and I’ve still been treated like shit. That’s why I’m not willing to place significant blame on myself. I know many other women who fall into the same camp. I’d say that most of the negative points brought up are a small minority of women. Whereas the negative points brought up about men are a majority (over 50%) What are other problematic things that women do? And honestly, yes. Because you men are supposed to lead. No, because a woman can only tap into her feminine energy if her man is masculine. When a man is masculine and leads, a woman will naturally fall into her feminine. She will become nurturing and accepting. A lot of men are addicted to porn and provide little to no financial and emotional support to women. They’re supposed to provide structure and security, but instead they give us headaches and anxiety. You cannot expect women to be feminine under these circumstances.

Part of it is girls have higher standards, but I also think guys nowadays simply don’t know how to talk to women properly. The internet and social media have turned their brains into mush. Every day they consume pixels and pixels of cheap dopamine. It’s all sex and plastic, no substance.

When they’re secure in themselves, men are gifts to society and women’s lives. They are a rock to the people they love. They take care of us and keep us safe and grounded. The down side is when they are not secure in themselves (which is the majority nowadays, unfortunately) they are destructive and blinded by their ego and sex drive.

Yeah, they’re bored out of their minds in all the money they’re drowning in. Can’t spend a day without torturing the common folk. Sprinkle a little bit of cruelty here and there for comedic effect It’s sick, I agree. Essentially it’s controlling the gene pool. Controlling not only who gets to live and die but who gets to love and reproduce, taking away our ability to connect and form healthy lasting bonds with each other. Loneliness is a worse killer than poverty.

Best way to destroy a civilization is to attack love, marriage, and family…things we used to live for that are now becoming increasingly impossible because of all the cultural poison they’ve fed us, on top of the economic black hole they’ve thrown us into Black Rock also needs to fucking stop buying up single family houses

I’m actually kinda in the same boat as you, tbh. Where I find having children is no longer financially feasible or wise. But…just explaining why I think certain couples choose to do so anyways Also, fuck Black Rock, lol

You have to care about finances in order to have a family…in the US, if you’re not financially secure you can’t afford housing, education, food, healthcare - your children will suffer and die.

Most women dislike their weight and wish they were skinnier. Most women constantly compare themselves to unrealistic beauty standards. They’re also overworked and feel undervalued in their relationships and marriages. And it’s not that we feel entitled to men out of our league; it’s we want to be treated with respect and valued for more than our bodi…
