How they act is the truest form of communication, not what they say. This is generally true of both men and women, though with a woman’s propensity to communicate covertly, it’s especially important to pay attention to her actions when trying to understand what a woman is communicating to you.

Make it a reality. Start working on yourself. Really go all out. Don’t just hit the gym, destroy it in the gym. Work on developing healthy, productive habits. Make the space you live beautiful. Make yourself as beautiful as you can manage (hairstyle/clothes, physique, etc.) Find what’s meaningful to you in life, and pursue it to no end (your “mission” in redpill terms). Read. Learn. Meditate. Become a person you can rely on. When you set out to do something, do it. There is sometimes talk about …

Has literally no one here read The Rational Male? There’s no such thing as a long distance relationship. Women’s actions/emotions are based on how they feel IN THE MOMENT. Who knows what kind of fun feels she’ll experience while abroad.. Don’t be a sucker. I’m not saying that you have to necessarily next her, but don’t be a supplicating bitch who ignores all women while she’s gone. Hell, you don’t even have to cheat, but do the prudent thing and keep your options open in those 4 months that she’…

The coffee. Pictures are easily manipulable, and texting someone to make plans is boring.

I’ve found that it really helps to be genuinely passionate about whatever you’re talking about. Talking about your mission, your conviction, your aspirations, etc.

I’m not sure. Possibly, but maybe not the the same degree. This isn’t something I’ve really thought through, or something which has been fully scientifically investigated, to my knowledge. These are innate biological drives, and everybody exhibits them to varying degrees. I can only speak on my personal anecdotal experience, as I’m not sufficiently well versed in the literature of biological differences between the sexes to say. I would say that it’s perhaps unlikely, given that a large part of …

Polygyny is based on a man’s biological imperative to disperse his genetic material to the highest possible degree thus creating the most progeny possible - preferable to women with the best genetic characteristics (she’s good looking, etc). Hypergamy is a bit more complicated, but is essentially based on a woman’s biological imperative to obtain both the best possible genetic material for her offspring, while at the same time securing the best possible provisioning/provider/protector possible f…

True true. Hence, Lift and Spin more plates (even if you’re not actively sexual with said plates)

It’s not all about looks. They play a large roll no doubt, but there are a lot of other factors that go into it. Having a stronger internal frame is one thing that could potentially offset having lesser looks than another man, for example.

You’re welcome, and Good luck. Feel free to send me a PM if you’re ever wanting to discuss these sorts of things, or if you’re trying to work your thoughts out. I don’t think these are the kinds of things we can necessarily accomplish alone. We can and should seek to make a positive difference in the lives of those around us - improving the world in whatever measure we’re capable.

Like the man or no, he is an aggregate for some really wonderful ideas - most of which have been developed by powerful thinkers over the centuries. I’m still working these ideas over myself, and undoubtedly will be for a very long time, if not my whole life. I think self improvement may just be one aspect of building a purposeful life, but not the full picture. I’m not even sure how to properly articulate it, but it’s as though there needs to be a transcendental good that you’re aiming your life…

I would really highly recommend looking into Jordan Peterson’s work - especially his Maps of Meaning lectures and his biblical series on YouTube. Modern society and western culture is devoid of meaning. There can be no life without a deep purpose. It’s up to you to find that purpose within yourself and to pursue it with every fiber of your being. Getting strong, spinning plates, maintaining frame, etc., are all fine and good - but as you said, what’s the point? Are you doing it just for shallow …

Do you have any tips for how to root out that engrained idealization of “The One”? I know to spin more plates, learn to love yourself and consider yourself as the prize, always keep things within your frame, AWALT, that Hypergamy and biology are out of our conscious control, etc.. but goddamn is Oneitis pervasive. Is it just a factor of time and experience? This feels like I‘ve been raised to believe in a religious cult, and I’m just now being shown the truth of the outside world - except worse …

I try to think of it in the same way as I think of taking a cold shower: “Fuck, I really don’t want to do this right now... I’m going to do it anyways.” Then you do it, and it’s uncomfortable for a little while, but that feeling passes - as do the rationalizations for not wanting to do it in the first place.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
