You're just 17, you should just learn to be friends with women. Become interested in them, learn about them. Some will like you and you'll naturally have things come your way. If you focus too hard now on dating or sex you won't learn about them so I suggest just being a good person to them, make them your friends, be a friend to them, be interested in them, what they like, what they enjoy talking about, what aspects of you they like, because those lessons will help you for an entire lifetime.
