I know there can be various things that affect weight loss or gain beyond the obvious. Hormonal changes, a simple predisposition to increased hunger, depression for example (and more) but I would still say generally for the majority of the population you can mitigate your morphology to some extent. However I do think weight is a poor comparison because you can voluntarily change your weight. Something like breast size is a more apt comparison. People are allowed to have preferences, but they should never be cruel or disrespectful. Women should care that it hurts men's feelings because you shouldn't hurt anybody's feelings, it's wrong.
