You need to continue working on yourself until being the "authentic you" is what matters, not what she thinks. Consider the following points - Leadership is about: Not being afraid to be yourself - All of us have flaws and areas to grow, but when you are true to yourself and know that you've put in the work, and aren't afraid to let others have their own opinions, you will become true to yourself and others will respect that. Not succeeding every time is okay - Despite what you think, we all are…

Ya, a lot of guys LTR up anxious bitches and then after the pussy dries up spend 20 years trying to figure it out. You cannot change her nor do you want to. Keep the faith and move on And space the three kids out by at least 7 years each. You don't want her to walk away too soon.

I'm having second thoughts about my goal to initiate every day. It feels like I'm setting myself up for a routine of automatic rejections. You want sex to become the default, not the optional behavior. That requires a consistent pursuit. As long as there isn't an obvious reason to avoid initiating (like illness or obvious exhaustion) just do it. Build towards the relationship that you want, not the relationship that she defines.

ILYBINILWY speech, I also got the I am not physically attracted to you anymore speech as well It always goes together and it always sucks, but rest assured, you will be just fine. Given the infidelity, you can endorse ISYBINLWSU (I "supported" you, but I no longer will "support" you).

I think my biggest issue comes from this lack of internal motivation. When I think about why I wanted/want to walk the path of MRP, I come to this fundamentally flawed conclusion: Take some time to recover, and learn even more about what you need. Every question in life has two perspectives, for example someone could state: Sorrow, regret and remorse tear down the cells of the body and poison the atmosphere of the individual. Or, Joy, satisfaction, and repentance build up the soul and breath lif…

I've lived this. Just move next. Look at it this way: You've now found the minimum that you are capable of acquiring. Now, what is the maximum that you are capable of acquiring? Is it someone who is hesitant? Is it somebody who is contemplative? Is it somebody who is not ready for an intimate relationship? Is it somebody who is capable of the next level? If the answer to any of these questions is no, then you need to just solidify your next steps and move forward.

Omg. It's very clear what happened. Thier wife wouldn't give them sex unless they deleted it.

Same thing you do for any other dilemma in life. Decide if that is where you will spend your time and resources. If he's truly a bad instructor, take your business and effort elsewhere and let Mr. Cobra Kai do his own thing, but without your money.

She lost control and went overboard, instead of being angry about it, gamify it. Just don't overdue it. The group I run with has a long history of 'pass out pranks' , nobody wants to be that person again, but they always end up great stories. Of course, you have to know the person well enough to know if a line is being crossed.

Have fun. Take all her clothes. Have the concierge keep them in storage. Go to concert. Make her think twice about what could happen next time.

So, be asshole == good naked time. Be nice == wtf? Here is a question that I had to ask my self after going thru a similar rat maze a few times: Why are you so concerned with the 'how you behave' == 'how she responds' to that specific version of you? Why not do what you want and just accept how she responds? After all, if she doesn't respond the way you want, there are plenty of fish in the sea, right? Businesses dependent on one supplier usually have security issues.

Listen to this. Taking over your personal calender is one of the most important things you can do as a man.

Well that is kind of my life story, buddy. 20+ years later I advised my son to 'date more people', 'take more time' , and 'grow as an individual' before taking a next step with his girlfriend. BTW, she's cool and not a bad catch. But that's not the point, you just don't understand that yet. The real problem is not the girl. It's you. You should to be ready and equipped for the journey. Being ready means accepting the fact that you'll have to learn along the way and knowing how to handle change. …

Behaviors take a long time to change, perceptions even longer. That is why you will get twenty stfu's here. Listen until you can change your behaviors. Who cares if she is cheating. Maybe she is, maybe she isn't. All you know is that you aren't getting the sex you desire and your life doesn't feel fun. And that is what you are working towards fixing. Next time 'cheater' is mentioned, just respond with a joke: 'you know I can't be trusted, you should keep me occupied/tied up/shoeless/pant less/wh…

A lot of people miss the entire underlying theme of patience, which is laced throughout the mrp concepts. At some point we all think, I'm pumped up therefore 'I am' and 'it's on'. And if it's not, then she's incapable or inadequate. News: you aren't, it's not and she probably will. Just maybe not with you. The irony is realizing that once you quite wanting, needing and demanding, then what you want becomes possible. Meditate on that for a while hot shot.

Sucks dude. Your fault. Don't do things you will regret because your soon to be ex wife is leaving. Do things that you want to do for you.

Relax, women say crazy shit in an attempt to assert control. You are changing behaviors and most humans need time to process those changes. Unless you actually did something inappropriate, a possible answer is to get her to communicate more about what she desires and less about what she doesn't desire. It's situational dependent, so you will need to think on your feet and address the feelings, not the statement. E. G. - 'That's terrible babe, I enjoyed being in the moment with you.' (flip the co…

I should mention there are cases where vaginal skin thinning and chemistry is out of whack. Perhaps, those are legitimate cases to address thru medicine.

There are obvious and well known changes to physiology. None of these change your strategy or tactics. The physiological changes actually have a chance to make sexual interactions easier for some betas. For example, a woman who is afraid of pregnancy (doesn't want YOUR sperm) may no longer be as inhibited. In other, more negative cases (lubrication, changes in energy levels, etc) are really things that basic leadership (exercise, diet, financial, spiritual, recreational, etc.) and game should ad…

Gay or not gay is temporal behavior. Male or female physical traits, baring intersectual properties, are also now temporal. Since gender adaptations can also be reversed. Therefore... After you nail the tyranny, you can refer to your self as 'previously gay' . Prior to that event you had been 'eventually gay' . During the event you were just 'confused'.

Who cares about the other guy. You've got some great options here. Next time she shows you a picture, ignore the fact that there is another guy in the picture completely and just say something about HER in the pic. For example: "Wow, I really like what you're wearing.". This is where the options start: Example 1 - 'take me heels' and 'attract new clients skirt' Her: It's just a skirt. I dress like that everyday! You: I know, you clean up nice! (followed by a situation dependent lead in to 'let's…

Get a tattoo on your member. I recommend “Welcome aboard“. But, you can trim a few characters to make it fit on 5.5.

Rent the movie French kiss, watch it numerous times. Here, I'll spoil it for you: Engaged partner travels, meets hotter girl. Tells partner. Abandoned partner chases, meets new partner. Drama ensues. Ironically, both end up in better spot. Idea: Use HER time away as an opportunity to do things YOU wouldnt normally have time to do. Unless of course, you lack ideas or resources. If that's the case, you need to work on those things. She needs to be the one missing you, not the other way around. You…

The rape itself is a terrible thing, sad to even read this happens to people, yet it is all too common. What really matters at this point is not the rape, but rather how she is moving forward and dealing with the future. I've had a slightly different version of this situation. It will pop up later in life. The questions I would consider are: Are you okay being married to a rape victim? (this is first question for a reason). Is this something that she has accepted and moved forward on? (E. G., ho…

Passive observation, but no action. That is your problem, not sex. Take one thing and start working on it or continue anguishing about the life you don't live.

Other than get yourself to a gym, some thoughts... Frankly, this looks like a pretty normal life for a 27 year old with decent genetics and upbringing. Not good, bad or unusual. Maybe she likes cops/soldiers/whatever, but who cares. Most of us can't stop staring at the bikini-clad girl, who may or may not have any actual value beyond attraction - It's not necessarily a direct indicator of future negative behavior. Here are some questions you could consider: You went thru her messages and didn't …

No. It's a great idea. But there are rules to a sex moratorium. You need to do it right! Write down phone number from a guy friend that is nice looking. (if you don't have one, I have might know somebody who can help). Get a nice card from the store and maybe flowers too. Head home and tell her directly that you won't be having sex for a while. Give her aforementioned phone number. Tell her to put on something nice and call aforementioned number if she has any questions. Go play video games. Som…

Man, reading your response reminds me of the mail my friend sent me which ultimately landed me here. Excerpt: Are you comfortable taking your shirt off in front of some pretty girls at the beach? If not, why? Exactly, because you’re embarrassed. Sorry to break the news to you, but your wife will never tell you that you are fat and unattractive, because she is too nice, committed, and would never want to hear those same words from you!

It sounds like at least one person has already decided. She's currently hanging around for some reason education, income, job, etc... One thing seems sure, it's not him. Why is she staying around? Maybe she would like him to commit to 18 years of child payments before she leaves?

Take your guns to a trusted friend or family member. Today. Remove the temptation entirely. The last thing your family needs is an extra hole in your head. As a matter of fact, they probably would like to see the one under your nose shut more often. Take simple steps. For example, isolate your daily actions in life down to 3 Do and don'ts: - Do Pick up something heavy over and over each day. - Do Read something positive each morning AND apply it throughout your day. - Do write down your plan eac…
