13	When it comes to rape charges, it's GUILTY until proven innocent. The video isn’t clear with who brought the allegations to the police. It said the alleged victim never went to the police but the roommate gave the police his name? One or both of the females are lying. Question is, can he sue them for defamation or slander? Pretty sure he can prove damages. His name will always be associated with the allegations let alone the cost of defending himself.
