...dear god I hate holding hands. It’s so cringy and dumb. You hold hands with a child or a mentally disabled adult you are trying not to lose. I don’t think it’s a matter of shyness. I think some people just genuinely don’t like it

I think an app that uses math to calculate how tall a guy is in his photos would be appreciated.

That sounds just as irrational as a woman saying they would never be alone with a male patient for fear of being assaulted.

If you refuse to be alone with 50% of your patients you would get fired pretty quickly.

No, I don't think fear being labeled as a psycho actually stops a man from doing anything he wants to do. I never said women are never dangerous or psycho, or that women are the only ones who have to worry about being creepy. Calm your tits.

I know back in high school, a guy I dated and then broke up with told all his friends I was a complete psycho because I made a comment on his MySpace page. It really doesn't take much. Guys tend to talk about psycho exes the way girls talk about "creepy guys"

As a straight female, I also am puzzled by this. I have a lot of straight guy friends who will regularly bang random girls without condoms. And I have lots of female friends who complain about guys not wanting to use condoms. I don't get it. Your life can get a whole lot more ruined than mine by an unwanted pregnancy. So why do so many guys not want to wrap up?

Those are actually some pretty good points. I do think women care a lot more about what people think....which is why a psycho ex girlfriend is a lot more likely to trash a guys name than a guy would a girl when they break up. To her, making other people think poorly of him is a serious revenge.

Women experience rejection. Just not when it comes to things like one night stands. The majority of women have been dumped at some point. I think women have a big, big fear of getting the label "psycho ex girlfriend". If a woman were to show up at a guys workplace or play piano in the park for four months, most people would assume she's a bit of a psycho, remind the guy he shouldn't have stuck his dick in crazy, and pity the clearly unstable women who can't just get over it. Guys don't seem to w…

In some countries, yes men need to be taught not to rape. There's a view that men can't help themselves and if a woman doesn't want to get raped she just shouldn't be out in public alone after a certain time and if she gets raped it's her own fault. This guy commented that he doesn't live in a Western country. I've travelled a decent amount and in some countries, the list of "safety advisement" for women include things you would never think about in the West but are necessary in other places. If…

Agreed. The only gendered parking I have ever seen is Expectant Mothers. Which is fair enough, it's basically a temporary disability. Pregnancy isn't just "a woman's choice". In most situations, there's a man involved. And that woman is carrying a child that 50% belongs to a man. Making accommodations for women in late pregnancy is just what decent people do. Front of the line perks in the toilet, not having to lift heavy things, don't light up a cigarette in their presence etc.

Fear is a hard thing to be logical about. I was assaulted by a stranger and do not feel comfortable being alone with men I don't know anymore. I don't know you aren't a psycho, and you can physically overpower me. Even things like getting a lift from a guy I kind of know from college or driving lessons with a male instructor fill me with anxiety. I am also admittedly way more afraid of men of the same ethnicity as the guy who attacked me. So I'm racist too I guess. I am sorry if it hurts your fe…

I think you are going off on your own little rant of victimisation. I am not defending women who do this. But I don't think it should be illegal. I think people should have some responsibility for themselves and use their critical thinking skills. There shouldn't be laws to try and control everything people do. You keep saying "women who trap men and get pregnant against the mans will" as though men are a victim. But men know how pregnancy works. If you really don't want to get a girl pregnant, …

Can you clarify what your point is? From what I gather, your point is that women should not wear clothing that reveals skin because that makes men feel uncomfortable, which you feel is equivalent to intentionally saying sexual things to a stranger and making them uncomfortable

We are sexual creatures, genders are real, but no, bodies are NOT inherently sexual. Is a woman breastfeeding a child sexual? Is a father taking a bath with his 3 year old daughter sexual? I just don't think nudity=sexuality and any skin exposed=Asking for sexual attention

If I was a guy, I would never just decide to start banging a girl raw without pulling out just cause she showed me a positive pregnancy test. Maybe I just don't "get" it given I don't have any ability to comprehend the difference in sensation....but given how many men are happy to have sex without condoms and just take a girls word for it she's on the pill, I guess it must feel pretty different to ignore all the risks.

What?

A woman's body is not inherently sexual. If I am wearing a tank top down shorts because it's 100 degrees out, I am not "expressing sexuality" or asking for sexual attention. Would a man wearing shorts and a tank top be presumed to be "dressing sexy"? I've travelled in Muslim countries and had to wear long sleeves and long pants because they tend to have the backwards idea that men are such strongly sexual beasts they cannot possibly control themselves and it's up to women to cover up to not make…

I'm going to disagree that cat calling is the same as dressing in "revealing clothes". Sometimes women wear revealing clothes because it's hot out. There's zero intent to "look sexy" or make people uncomfortable. It's one thing to wear a sexy outfit to the club. It's another to go for a walk in shorts and a tank top. A guy who will make a comment on a woman's body just because she walks by in shorts is a sleaze ball...but I don't agree with making it illegal for him to comment.

Would you not notice that she's on her period? And you wouldn't bother to go to a doctor and confirm?

Why should it be illegal to sell fake positive pregnancy tests? By that same logic, should it be illegal to sell fake winning scratcher tickets? If someone is going to make life-altering decisions and choices without making sure something is legit, its sort of on them, isn't it?

I'm a woman. I've been sexually assaulted, and I've been cat called more times than I can count. But....isn't free speech a right? I don't think policing what people can say and to whom outside in the world is at all a good idea.

But like.....who would make a decision to marry or move in with someone they weren't interested in otherwise over a positive pregnancy test? Wouldn't you maybe....notice she wasn't actually pregnant within a month? Or go with her to the doctors appointment to confirm pregnancy? Any mad dumb enough to be "trapped" by this probably deserves it

A lot of fat people think some people are NATURALLY thin or NATURALLY fat. Look how many obese people claim they eat 1200 calories a day and are super active

I'm a blonde woman. I will immediately tell an Arab guy to fuck off or be as bitchy as possible to get him to go away. I used to find them reasonably attractive but had an Arab guy I tried just rejecting politely follow me home from a club and rape me in my building stairwell. It's their rapey attitudes that drive women away. For good reason. You can't treat an Arab guy like a normal human. They see any form of interaction as an invitation, don't respect no, and don't seem to have any moral qual…
