Is this truly happening to you? If it is, you need psychiatric help immediately.

I was about to say the exact same. The arrogance of writing a wall of text with no effort or proofreading, then expecting people to read it. At least use paragraphs.

As someone who did a stint at such a company,I agree. Nearly all female managers I've worked under are not effective leaders.

We needed a female erotica story to prove that simple point?

Line to get BJ's? When you reach Pro level, you can swing your dick to hypnotise them into doing it.

We are taught as children that love is unconditional. That people who don't love unconditionally are "selfish and cruel". The truth is, everything comes with conditions. We negotiate overt and covert contracts everyday. There are exceptions to all rules. But even your family would abandon you past a certain point. This is not horrible. This is freeing because it means the people that do stick around long term, despite you ______ are worth having in your life.

"I asked her if she had plans.." You don't ask her if she is busy. You assume she will want to come out with you on a specific date, at a specific time. If not, no big deal you are still going anyway. You were too invested. She could sense it.

You need to establish dominance. Wap your pecker out and helicopter it in front of them. Then piss on the couch while giving them the deadeyes. In all seriousness, you need to establish your own frame and boundaries. Or move out.

I've never seen neck training for Strength (Low Reps, Heavy Weight) and it makes a lot of sense. I wouldn't imagine you would benefit from this type of training. Unless you plan on developing your headbutt power. Or unless you plan on pulling a car with your head/teeth. Or unless you take part in a specific activity, where your neck has to be capable of taking maximal loads for very short periods of time.

Lose the porn. Don't masturbate. Don't panic if at first your erections don't get stronger. I used to have issues with getting a strong erection, mostly due to performance anxiety. Don't use your head, just use your other head!

Everything we become is influenced by our environment (upbringing, socioeconomic background, peer group and life experiences) and then by genetics. This is why I loathe when people say "The criminal was just a bad guy" or " He is just lazy". Sure, the ability to change is there, if you have strength of will and self-awareness. Yet these same people usually lack these very traits in their own lives. When you realize that all a person is, is a collection of learned patterns, thoughts and emotions,…

Sports and Martial arts were a massive part of instilling grit in my life. Particuarly fitness for martial arts. Many people do not know what it feels like to reach a point where they thought they would break, then push through it. Being so tired you don't want to do another pressup, to the point your arms are shaking but pushing for two more. People hate what they are but are equally afraid of shattering that version of themselves.

With being in the military, you want to balance conditioning with strength/muscle work. 5x5 is recommended a lot on here. However I reckon you could do with something more flexible. Check out GreySkull LP. Basic program is bare bones but its progression is a lot better than 5x5, you get all the compounds in there and Greasing The Groove ( ladder press ups/ pull ups or press up/ pull up sets through the day) means you are keeping on top of your bodyweight exercises too.

In your situation, older version of me would have wanted to have a man-to-man. Experience has taught me that often people only hear what they want to hear. You telling him "Nothing is going on between us, we are only friends" would likely translate in his head to "He needs to deny it,so there must be something to hide". Plus you don't know the context of why he thinks this. Maybe she has been lying to him or trying to stir jealousy. In my opinion, the best tactic is blissful ignorance on the out…

It has crossed my mind. Martial arts and fitness have been a big part of my life. When I injured my knee and couldn't workout or train, it was hard. The only thing that stopped me pursuing it was people working in entry positions, trying to put me off due to the lack of clients etc.

The three things I could lose myself in were fitness, writing and coming up with new ideas/projects. Most of my early life was spent doing these things.

DON'T DO IT! To reiterare again...Do not do it! I had an attractive single mum living next door when I was 18-19. She was 23. She kept eyeing me when I walked past her house and eventually invited me for a drink in her house. Had a drink and fucked. She wanted more. Oneitis developed.Kids thought I was their new dad. Had to navigate that. Shit got weird with her kids dad came to stay the night I did. We fucked that night. Then he stayed when I wasn't there but "Nothing happened. He slept on the co…

Well said. It's exactly the same as the Buddhist story of a man out hiking. He is so unfocused, he slips and falls off the edge of a cliff. He reaches up and grabs hold of a branch peeking through the cliff wall, the only thing to hold on to. He knows the branch will snap soon because he feels it straining. He gets angry and shouts at the world for being ugly. For being cruel. "How can the world be this cold?" The last thought in his head before the branch snapped was hatred for the branch, the …

You can but then would you really want to remember her being the motivation for your success? Having to write a biography one day and say "If it wasn't for (insert oneitis name) I would never have done (insert achievement)". Do things because you want to, not to impress others. Its part of core TRP.

Putting most of it into perspective and without having to pay you guys an hourly rate for therapy, there are a few that were not mistakes I had made. There was some fairly bad domestic abuse and a some instances of neglect. I was the eldest so I put a lot of pressure on myself to protect my siblings from harm. I used to sit up at night and listen to my drunk dad threaten my mum, punch things and generally rage out, in case I had to get help. All this when I was 4 until I was 6. All of that, comb…

I've always been funny about having sex with a monster I've just met on a trip to the abyss. I've heard a few horror stories about strange fungal infections and accidental maimings.

It could be the speed of the uptake and rawness of it. It has almost been like a quasi ego death at points. Like what I thought I was and what I am don't match.I'll check it out. Many thanks.

I always appreciate some more books to delve into and add to the collection. Thank you for the suggestions. Always found Jungs work to be infinitely applicable to many situations. I've dabbled a little in dream work, particuarly dream analysis and lucid dreaming. Most if not all dream therapists have a fair bit of credit to give Jungian psychology.

I have an interest in world religions, as there are nuggets in each worth examining. Alas, I'm not Christian and never will be. However, I will give it a read for a different perspective. Thank you

Bodyweight workouts have multiple options. All you need is a pullup bar and somewhere to do dips. Press-Ups - Elevated Press ups- One Arm Press Up combined with frog balances- Assisted Planche -Planche- Planch Press Up Chin Ups -Pullups- Assisted One Arm Pullup-One Arm Pullups I wont go through every muscle group. A website i found useful was RossTraining. Tons of budget options for working put, tutorials etc. However, I know here in the UK there are decent good value gyms for as little as £12 a m…

I find Buddhism and in particular,Buddhas message to his followers. Read/Listen to what i say.Interpret it through your own lense. If it doesn't resonate with you,you don't have to take it on board.

That doesn't suprise me at all. I was speaking to one of the housing officers about how lucky we are to have this because in some countries, you would be forced to live on the street. He then made an admission that guys with kids are nearly always put into a shared hostel space.A women always gets priority for her own living space.

I pulled my weight. She was off ill for a good few weeks.I made the dinner, hoovered, dusted, general tidying, dishes and made sure my son tidied his room (he is 6 so he has a sizable number of toys). Despite being a skilled cleaner, she found fault with as many things as possible, when she came out of her room.

I fell into this camp when I was 15 up until the age of 20.Then I found myself thinking "Why should I pay for anyone to spend time with me?" The answer is this. Every relationship has value and has an alpha/beta dynamic. One person always needs the other more or the relationship more. In my time studying martial arts, one opponent is always stronger, has better stance, better technique. You do not deliberately put yourself off balance in a fight. You don't drop your guard and hope that if your op…

Your words really spoke to me. I do feel like I am learning more in this chapter of my life, than any book could possibly teach me. As I said before, this would have terrified me years ago but I see this as baptism by fire. An opportunity not to be wasted.

Exactly.Further proof of why "keeping them at arms length" is effective was the days before I moved. Idgaf which made her give a fuck. Cue her trying to jump on me, looking for reassurance i wasn't going to disappear and wanting to keep in touch. All which I made to sure to not flatly deny, to resist any nuclear fits, but that I didn't agree to and kept ambiguous.

I did with my first ltr. Broke up with her because she began trying to decide what i should wear and became pretty unstable to say the least. We were only seeing each other once a week at this point. She was due to come through to see me,so i met her at the train station and told her it was over. She got the train back home.In hindsight it was a nasty way to do it. She went off the rails.Became a drug addict and alcoholic. Her friends blamed me.Last i heard she cleaned herself up and has a kid and…

As a guy who is going through the process of ending a 3 year relationship and effectively bringing myself back to rock bottom, this hit home. The temptation was there to blame her (unrealistic expectations...Unfair outlook on life) but ultimately the price we pay for being men, is we reap what we sow.

It's not that I want to be with someone who speaks to me like that. It's the fact I felt guilty for being partially responsible, due to pulling back.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I reckon I should end it on my terms. Only downside with the day is I won't have access to any support until Monday, so we would have to crash on my parent's couch until then. Part of me does feel guilty to my son. He's a pretty robust little guy but he's not had a solid mother figure in his life.

My family could help and they did say they would support me,if I ever needed a place.Other option is going homeless but shared accommodation is a horrible experience, while you're on the waiting list.

On reflection,no she doesn't deserve marriage.I know that if I got married to her,it would not only mean sacrificing my freedom,it would also mean sacrificing the life I want for the life she thinks I should want. My son does adore her but he does also pick up on the negative side often. He has sided with me quite a few times, much to her annoyance when she has flipped out about something. The cold and distant part is already happening.I have mentally checked out and don't even feel like having s…

I agree. This post has examples of frame but it also reeks of revenge.Like women hurt you in the past so "I'll go full dark triad and emotionally damage this woman for future men". There is a time and place.Moderation and timing.
