Simple 1) Read the sidebar. 2) Read this comment. 3) Read the top couple of posts of all time. 4) Stop reading 5) Write down everything you want in life and a step by step plan of how to get it. 6) Repeat this process every month until you get what you want. Note how I said simple but not easy.

I honestly just went and got some iron - I knew I had low iron "stores" but I wasn't anemic. Apparently one of the symptoms of low iron stores is poor circulation. Getting better slowly but surely. Thanks.

I had an existential crisis after giving up my faith and became an atheist. There was nothing to base my life on. I experimented with psychedelics and am now an agnostic as there is too much grey within reality to believe in nothingness - my confidence came from the idea that anything is truly possible if you put your mind to it and even if you fall short your life is going to prove much more interesting if you chase your dreams.

I think that James Marshall has a lot to say about this. I can't remember which video In this video he basically says "I'm not looking for a committed relationship right now pause how does that make you feel?" Then just sit and wait - she'll either say "Great" or "Nope" in a long winded way. Then just accept it either way - don't get attached to the girl and remain in state. Girls want to have easily accessible sex as much as guys do - especially if they feel comfortable and the sex is good.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
