His video production value is good, he's a handsome guy, but he is struggling hard in this video and is cringe-worthy. Something about seeing other people (especially other men) fail just makes me feel so uncomfortable (which is why I can't see unestablished comics, for example). At least he tries though, he gets points there.

If you're beautiful, sorry, can't do it; I'm terrified of you.

I heard this from someone else but I think it's universally useful. Playing the high/low game. You ask someone what the high and low points of their day were and they would obviously do the same for you and then you both delve deeper on that. It sounds so simple, but it opens up avenues for conversation, connecting/understanding another person, etc.

My favorite is the third one, because anyone brandishing fragments of a tree are inherently dangerous and students are unable to fend for themselves.

I don't like the PUA 'movement' very much but there is solid material in this video. I actually feel queasy in my stomach when I see other men pull this cheesy line stuff on women in public environments. His point about being observant is spot-on. Rather than acknowledging the situation, where you and the woman are, what is going on, etc., the guys who do the incorrect thing just ignore all that and try to create a performance, which can come off as weird, creepy, or desperate. And the part abou…

And if the reasons given above aren't enough, know that people talk, even your guy friends who you think should keep every spoken word between you two a secret. Once word gets out about this gossip or bragging or whatever, you are seen in a much lower light and that person you hooked up with won't want to again plus future prospects will be few and far in-between.

Adding "silk igloo" to the dirty vocabulary.

You would be surprised how this would actually work, just have to find the right girl with the right wrecked self-esteem.

It's the same deal in Spain, at least as far as I know. I have a friend in Madrid who says that this kind of nonsense from women is not tolerated, so males aren't afraid to deliver a dose of justice (purely in defense, not talking about a tirade of undeserving punches).

I stand corrected.

The accused seem so forgiving. "I am glad she was so tough.... I hope she gets some help..." If I was accused of something so heinous and life-destroying that I didn't commit, I would take no mercy in seeing the accuser punished.

I know that as soon as I secure a position somewhere, a thousand doors will suddenly open up. I've got plans laid out, but getting a job is priority number one.

29, graduating this fall (third college, so it's not like I have been in for 11 years). Job offers are slim pickings right now. Thing is, not that I would turn them down per se, but young girls, while easy to get and are lower maintenance, I'm shooting for women around my age or older and that requires an income. Aside from relationships, I've got responsibilities (rent, bills, etc.), so I am not free to go out with someone if I know the money I have on me is required for "survival."

I find that I shouldn't even be speaking to women until I have a steady flow of income. So until that happens, pretty much any opportunity is moot.

I have had a friend do this, although not quite as drawn out as your experience. Neighbor was having a get together, a bunch of people on their back deck. I was grilling out with friends on my deck, saw them, invited them over for a beer. Some of them came over, including a real cute girl. Right off, we're laughing and chemistry is going well and when we're both sitting, she throws her legs up over mine so my hands can be all over them beauties (I was going to use this moment to advance it furth…

Unless she grabs me by the head and shakes me violently saying, "I like you, ok?!", then I am totally oblivious.

Stunned by one of the comments: Let's not be too hard on Biurny Peguero lest other people that have lied to send people to prison would be more reluctant to admit it after a cooling down period. I think the three years she got is too much. It would have been better if she hadn't gotten any jail time so as to encourage other perjurers to come forward.

This makes a lot of sense, clears it up for me. Thanks, really. why get so tied up with one when you can share the love with everyone? Which is why I can fall 'in love' multiple times a week. :}

I fall too hard too easily for people. (common trait of those who suffer from foreveralonitis; yeah, I'm writing a thesis on it). Went to SCUBA dive training tonight, had a lovely Spanish girl in our group and we had to buddy up at one point with someone; she was pretty, cute laugh, and accent sent me over the edge. I believe she had a ring (not positive on it), but regardless, didn't get contact info and won't see her ever again, so I'm getting over it. A week ago, met another girl at a house p…

I make it a general rule for myself never to hit on anyone at the gym; I find it to be pretty tacky. Even if someone might be craving some attention, I think for the most part everyone just wants to finish their workout. I use my school gym and there is a girl on the school's rowing team that goes there almost as often as I do; I'm quite taken by her, but I'll never speak to her inside those walls. I'd have to catch her on the outside.
