I often don't like my actions when I do drink too much It doesn't matter what a professional's diagnosis would be. You know there's a problem and that you need to cut it out. If you can't limit, you need to avoid those situations.

Could there be value in deliberately failing a comfort test if you want to boost dread? I've been on the RP journey for about eight months in a 10-year relationship.
