This raises an interesting question. If you value gender parity, should you be shooting for 50/50 or 57/43 in light of enrollment statistics?

I wish that the author of the article had actually said something interesting instead of just summarizing the 5 minute video.

Erin Buzuvis, a law professor at Western New England University who writes the Title IX Blog, said claims by men of sex discrimination under Title IX would be difficult to prove. Among other things, it would require men to show that women accused of sexual assault received more lenient treatment — and there are few such cases, if any, she said.

Actually it's great! I'll never have to worry about false rape accusations or forced child support payments.

The point is that Connery's body in that shot was fine for a big-ticket action flick in the 60s.

There may be small benefits to circumcision and there are certainly small risks as well. Why err on the side of cutting up a newborn's genitalia? Does right to bodily integrity even factor into the equation? As an analogy, removing all of the mammary tissue from a baby girl would prevent breast cancer. After all, breasts are not required for anything anymore. How much of a health benefit would you have to see from this operation before you would endorse it? I am quite certain that no amount of s…

I think male circumcision is a symbolic representation of society's feelings about boys. After all, no genital modifications are allowed on baby girls, but baby boys do not enjoy the same protection under the law. This is symptomatic of a society that treats boys with less compassion and protection than it treats girls. Exposing the inconsistency could shed light on other issues in the MRM.

If you heard an adult woman say the same thing about how much she appreciated that her parents had removed her labia, would it change your opinion on anything? After all, she might say that men prefer it and she wouldn't have the courage to do it as an adult.

No one claims that foreskin removal is the same as removal of the clitoris. The fact is, there are many different types of genital modification. All of them are illegal for girls (including a symbolic prick with a needle), and some are legal for boys. It's hard to overlook the double standard. This video does a good job explaining the distinctions between male and female genital mutilation and there unfairness therein.

"Wow, you must be having a bad day." Works every time. It shifts the problem back to her.

Listening to these people and their foreskin-hate just makes my skin crawl.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
