I started off doing analytical support testing for a pharmaceutical company (checking that the products meet quality standards for human consumption) but I've since moved on to designing and modelling tablets. 222	Is higher education really this bad nowadays? Having been through university recently I can say that it's still worth going for 'real' subjects. Maths, Engineering, Sciences, etc (personally I studied chemistry). You have 35+ contact hours a week, you're focussed and busy but still have time for some fun. On the other hand you meet people studying anthropology, English, philosophy, social studies etc that have 7h of lectures a week and the rest of the time they spend protesting in the library because we're not a communist state.
