Women find negative feminine traits unattractive. Why is it only AWALT when it's convenient? If AWALT that's all there is to it, one woman, let alone many women, not being "like that" is all it takes for that rule to be null. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/01/20 02:20 AM
Women find negative feminine traits unattractive.Im the most feminine person you'll ever meet, lol. Personality, tastes and appearance. The only thing" masculine" about me is i cuss a lot (baker, working in kitchens does that to everyone). I'm a very normal femme nerdy woman, dude. I know many other women who have the same tastes and experiences as ive had. In fact, women message me privately or reply in agreement on pretty much every comment ive ever made here. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/01/20 08:20 PM
Women find negative feminine traits unattractive.Exactly! Some of the guys ive dated have been feminine in appearance, some in behavior, and some in their personalities. I like a guy in touch with his emotions and more gentle. I don't like stereotypical masculinity at all in personality and honestly not a big fan of it in appearance either. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/01/20 04:02 PM
Women find negative feminine traits unattractive. They call me it because i ruin a majority of arguments here simply by existing and contradicting basically every single point they've ever made. Though, the real question here is why being a feminist makes my point any less valid. I know many women who like feminine men. One of my exes is mistaken frequently for gay, not really conventionally attractive and yet is extremely popular with women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/01/20 05:57 PM

Men of PPD who are attracted to chubby womenYour choice for borderline fat definitely weighs more than at least two of the OPs pics. The top picture isn't real, the curvy girl is angling. What I've noticed about this sub, especially with your preference pictures is y'all don't know what weight looks like. You're calling people fat for having different body types, not due to their weight. You like hourglass or pear shapes, they aren't skinnier their fat just stores differently. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/06/19 10:22 PM

CMV: Polyamory and/or open relationships are time consuming and not worth the effort. You do realize a majority poly people with children don't raise their children in a way that let's their kids know their sex lives. Depending on the kind of poly relationships it is, open relationship, poly network and so forth, those kids would almost always have the same relationship with their "nonparents" as a monogamous parents family friends. The most deviating way would be like if they had a roommate as well as a kid. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/02/19 12:54 AM
[discussion] Danny DeVito is reportedly very successful with womenThis is why I think apps like Tinder are terrible for dating and ones like OKC make way more sense. Tinder makes people rate others based on nothing but looks, despite women mostly being compelled by personality. Women in general think an average looking guy is below average in looks, and a study on OKC found that women are just as likely to message a guy who is "below average" in looks as someone they find attractive, if they both have a high match rate. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/01/19 05:18 PM
CMV: Shaming women about their standards for men doesn’t workYou near perfectly described my hometown man, but I'm technically midwestern. The guys my age act and look like they're 40 before they're even out of their -teens. You have to search hundreds of miles out on tinder and OKC to find any guys who aren't like that. I'm lucky enough that I like girls (at least as lucky as living in fear due to the rampent bigotry can be), otherwise dating there would have been an absolute nightmare. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/01/19 10:57 PM
Ideal Weight: Our PerceptionWhile its true that tummy fat is much more dangerous for women than fat elsewhere, measuring ones waist doesn't do much if you're hourglass or pear shaped. If you went by my waist line alone I'd be a xs, but that's only because my waist line barely changes even when I gain weight, to the point when I was overweight it was 13/15 inches smaller than my bust/hips. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/01/19 05:16 PM
CMV: Shaming women about their standards for men doesn’t workThe hardest thing for me to grasp about this sub is this. The people I went to school with it was always ugly ass guy and way more attractive girl, and usually the guy had a pretty trash personality as well because of the way guys were where I'm from. The most attractive guy (by RP standards, not really mine) in my school didn't date until college, even though in HS he was extremely fit, muscular and all those things RP tells men to look like. The most attractive woman in my school dated a 5/10 … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/01/19 04:35 PM

Do women have red pill moments?...Okay. If you're talking about being a woman and openly talking about how being a woman is in general, yeah. 2xc is the reddit space dedicated to women and cough being a woman is pretty mainstream. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/01/19 02:13 PM
Do women have red pill moments?Um.. You realize I was talking about how very young girls will have sleezy dudes harass them and that tends to make women aware of how some men are from a young age right? How attractive a person is doesn't make that not fundamentally repulsive to harass a child. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/01/19 09:36 PM
| -1 | Do women have red pill moments?A man knows himself better than a woman does, however those who interact the most with a group tends to know it better. In general, women know men better than a man does when it comes to dating. | 5 | Do women have red pill moments?Yes, its completely beside the point, we are talking about "redpill" moments for women, not antimen moments men have. Women are blamed from a young age for the attention they attract the redpill moment for us is when we realize it's men that are the problem, not us for existing. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/01/19 05:31 PM |

Do women have red pill moments?Even if you don't believe the 1/4 sexual assault stat, you have to realize most women have been sexually harassed at least once in their lives from as early as prepubescence. Men don't experience the negative side of women until adulthood usually, so of course more women would be "redpilled" than men, we've seen the dark side of men much more often and much younger than men of women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/01/19 05:06 PM

Redpill Women is toxicMen have just as much right to bodily autonomy as women. It isn't unequal. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/01/19 06:08 PM
Redpill Women is toxicOnly if you're married to the woman when she becomes pregnant, actually. When you're married the assumption is that you are the only person the woman has had sex with, thus assumed paternity. Otherwise, the only time a man is forced to pay child support is if they are in a relationship with the woman when the child is born, and even then it's rare. If a man ends the relationship and doesn't sign the birth certificate when the child is born, they cannot force you to just pay it. If a woman's word… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/01/19 05:19 PM
Redpill Women is toxicYou don't have to pay for the child if you don't sign the birth certificate, but if you are in a relationship with the woman when and after the child is born, sign the birth certificate and then leave, the argument is the child deserves to have their quality of life stay the same as it was before you left. But you have to opt out of the child's life entirely before its born. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/01/19 04:24 PM
Redpill Women is toxicMen are allowed to easily opt out of a pregnancy as long as they aren't married to the woman. That is equality. A man is not allowed to dictate what happens to a womans body, bodily autonomy is still a thing and it would be unequal to allow someone to dictate what happens to someone else's body. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/01/19 03:25 PM
Redpill Women is toxicSo, when a child is born, men don't have to sign the birth certificate. The only time someone is assumed to be the father on a birth certificate is if you're married to the woman who just had a child. Men are allowed to opt out, but once you put your name on a birth certificate you are saying you are that child's father and you are responsible for giving them a good childhood. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/01/19 02:32 PM

CMV: Women spin plates as well.Frankly, it's because of how idiotic basing the whole thing purely on looks is for women. OKC trends showed women find the average guy below average in looks, however it also found if they have a high match rate looks largely didn't affect the woman messaging the guy. Stop using something that has zero basis in modern society to justify your incel bullshit. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/01/19 04:11 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.Yep, a study about the past totally shows current trends. That study has never shown anything more than how economic trends have been through the ages, specifically how poor people were. Women were allowed to climb the economic ladder through marriage. Men could not, and thus many very poor men never married, never had kids, never passed on their DNA. That study has no barring on our modern society where money isn't about economic gain. ... The rest of what you said kind of proves my point, lol. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/01/19 04:06 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.I didn't say I was going to stop replying, I said I wasn't going to have a genuine conversation with you. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 10:18 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well. And that is idiotic, seeing as women do spin plates. Being "slutty" implies there is no effort on their part, and my point has been from the beginning that isn't the case. Also why I stopped wanting to have a genuine conversation with you, seeing as you are being stubborn and refusing to see other sides of the arguments. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 09:26 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.Looool, this absolutely doesn't say what you were. Also extremely small database, and a lot of speculative data. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 09:24 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.I've said from the beginning that most people, even promiscuous women, are selective in who they sleep with. Sure, there are exceptions but if you recall my initial point was about women who spin plates, which is most women who actually enjoy sex and have a decent amount of it with different people. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 07:25 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.Women don't just spread their legs to get laid, you think a woman is going to sleep with just about anyone just because their an option? Women don't get to cum just by PiV, so why would any woman do that? They still have to be selective even if its just for sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 06:48 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well. Then show your source, because tinder hasn't ever done a trend study that had anything like that as a statistic. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 06:42 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well. Then you're on the wrong sub. That's not how statistics work, and damn are you misquoting that old as hell OKC study the 80% thing came from. Originally I thought you were just being broad. OKC has a bot that gives people attractive rates based on percentage, it found that the bottom 80% of men would basically only message the top 20% of women. While women tend to message people within the same range as them. So a 50% man is more likely to message a 100% woman vs a 50% woman. This didn't analyze… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 06:34 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.... Those statements don't contradict each other? If a man has lower standards, like you expect a woman to have, he will have no issues getting laid. If he only cares about getting his dick wet, he can do so with ease. I know plenty of dudes who are like that. I've been saying this whole time that women and men are different sexually? Have you been reading what I've been saying at all? Women don't do pure sex even when hooking up, is that not the whole reason TRP exists? Not to mention, again, d… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 05:18 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.Women don't want people who they aren't compatible with, whether superficial or emotional. Again just because they can fuck these dudes doesn't mean it's the option they will take just because it's there. TRP is all about how women are different than men, but you don't realize how women are sexually? Not to mention it is just as easy for a man as for a woman to get laid. But you seem to think women have zero standards if they're slutty. If a guy lowers his standards a slutty man doesn't have to … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 04:49 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well.Ugh, I don't think they're highly skilled selectors, but they also aren't the way you're acting like they are. I'm actively on tinder, to sift through the fake accounts/completely incompatible people who only swiped based on looks it takes so much damn time to even find a single person that you are compatible with. Like, you know how much easier life is just making the first move? So many guys I know swipe right for everyone. | 2 | CMV: Women spin plates as well.Lol, as though that's ever been enforced for TRP. You know how many actual insults I've had hurled at me by even the most active RP users here? I insulted the integrity of your comment and said you were being simplistic, and ignorant. Those aren't even personal attacks, so how about you stop condescending people. If you can't read your comment and see all the contradictions in RP philosophy then why would I want to interact with any level of genuine argument? To debate you have to be critical of… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 02:33 PM
CMV: Women spin plates as well. The issue you guys are seeming to have a lot of issues comprehending is the fact that just because you can "open your legs" to get casual sex does not mean those are the people you are wanting to have sex with. You are completely missing what that actually means a woman would be doing. Women who are average get mostly attention from creepy skeevy dudes, not people on her level. | 2 | CMV: Women spin plates as well. You're acting like the whole "spinning" aspect isn't partly balancing them, which for many people means keeping them from knowing about each other. I forget sometimes how the red pill is often completely unaware of how being a woman actually is. | 5 | CMV: Women spin plates as well.I can't tell who this comment is more insulting towards, men or women. Men are just as capable of being hurt by you spinning plates as women, men are just as likely to want a woman to commit as a woman is, women can and are just as skilled about juggling men, women do seek out guys and play them for their affections. Like, spinning plates is shitty regardless of who is doing it but jesus is this mentality out of date. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/01/19 01:08 AM

Should little to no reciprocity in physical touch (but not rejection) be taken as consent? The only time boundaries are meant to be defended in place of respected is if its property, like borders. Women sometimes do the whole "playing hard to get" shit, but you can tell the difference between disinterest and being coy. The fact you equate all behaviors to each other is odd to say the least. Sure, someone who is bad at reading social cues might make a mistake about a cringe vs a smile but, damn, most the population can tell the difference. | 1 | Should little to no reciprocity in physical touch (but not rejection) be taken as consent? You expect women to treat their body as though its a property? You are supposed to respect boundaries, boundary lines being disrespected is basically the cause of every war. With that analogy you're calling men predators. Women should not be expected to defend themselves by default, and this is still continuing to blame women for mens actions. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/12/18 05:51 PM
Should little to no reciprocity in physical touch (but not rejection) be taken as consent?... With common sense? If someone isn't into it or recuperating it's clear that they have not given nonverbal consent to the acts. If they're into one thing but once you advance further they are no longer interested, back off. Common. Sense. It isn't hard, and you have to deal with it more as a queer woman than a straight dude since you have to figure out if a woman is straight or not on top of the normal dating bullshit. When my brother was young, he was prone to violent temper tantrums. When in public and he wanted something my mom would be afraid to tell him no, because of his reaction. You said a bunch of dumb shit and then dumped it on me in the form of a logical fallacy. Men are responsible for gaining consent and respecting others bodily autonomy. | 3 | Should little to no reciprocity in physical touch (but not rejection) be taken as consent?A person with antisocial personality disorder is usually extremely apt at reading social cues, so unlikely to be a psychopath. If you're a fellow autie, that would explain some things. Social conditioning sucks, people have a hard time breaking it even when they know they can. Its good you're letting them know you have issues reading people, but a lot of women still aren't going to say anything during the act. I think you have some severe inability to read nonverbal cues if that's the case, and that's coming from an autistic woman. I didn't say ask for consent for everything, not even close. I said if they're passive and not recuperating your touch, ask them, because clearly you can't read consent in nonverbal cues. Most of the issues we face today with masculinity was caused, created by, and enforced during the Victorian era, an era notoriously against the progress of women. Most aspects of toxic masculinity are fine, in moderation, and as long as they aren't forced upon those who do not adhere to traditional masculinity. Toxic masculinity isn't traits, it's social expectations of men. Suppressing emotions is not a trait, it's a social expectation, men can't be raped is not a trait, it's a social assumption, men should be strong is not a trait, it's a social expectation, men don't want to be parents is not a trait, it's a social expectation... | 1 | How this feminist found herself sympathising with the men's rights movement"What about the menz" is a phrase that is making fun of people who try to talk over women's issues with things men face. It isn't saying that it isn't an issue but using it to silence women is not helping them. You can try and change it to mean something else, but that has always been the case. People who talk shit about female victims by citing male victims don't give a shit about the victims at all, they just want to silence others discussion. | 0 | How this feminist found herself sympathising with the men's rights movementYeah, because feminism is totally not intersectional. | 1 | How this feminist found herself sympathising with the men's rights movementThey talk about how misogyny affects men, that isn't the same thing as talking about women since many of men's issues have a root cause of "feminine" things being shameful. I genuinely couldn't think of anything that is an actual trait of masculinity, and not just a social expectation that's talked about with toxic masculinity. Being stoic isn't seen as negative, even within toxic masculinity, as long as it isn't forced upon the individual. What black and white thinking? | 3 | How this feminist found herself sympathising with the men's rights movementI don't mean to be rude, but I don't think you know the history of the group. The Men's Liberation movement began by scholars studying feminist ideologies, this movement began as pro-feminist critical assessment cultural views of masculinity and the tax that it had on men (which would be like not believing male rape victims exist or shaming boys for showing certain emotions). | 1 | How this feminist found herself sympathising with the men's rights movementI've been actively part of feminist circles for about 10-15 years, and never once have i met a feminist that doesn't think that men deserve equal custody rights. The problem is what the groups see as equal rights. Many feminists believe, with their own evidence to back it up, that men are equally granted custody, if custody is fought for by the father. The problem is that men don't ask for custody at the same frequency as women. Here is an example of where the mentality comes from: http://www.vi… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/01/17 05:51 PM
How this feminist found herself sympathising with the men's rights movementI think you're mistaking the MRM for men's lib. The MRA are anti feminists at the core and foundation of the group and as such care more about that then men's rights, ironically. Men's lib on the other hand is a group who is feminist friendly and actively work towards fixing the problems men face. TRP blames all women on their own problems and continues to blame them while changing themselves. I am a feminist. claiming that only 30% of the population supports feminism. 30% isn't a small number, it's the highest it's been since they began recording the numbers. Nor is that the number of people who support feminism, many men support feminism but do not identify themselves that way and the same for some women. | 1 | Regarding what women feel they're "allowed" to doIncorrect. I've already discussed it on this thread, even if you refuse to acknowledge the reason why third wave exists, it has a perfectly justifiable reason to. I don't share the sentiment because I think worse of TRP. TRP is a bunch of grown men who act like children because they can't get what they don't deserve. If they were to grow up and actually think constructively about why women don't like them instead assuming all women are the problem it wouldn't exist. I am looking at the larger pi… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/15 12:40 AM
Regarding what women feel they're "allowed" to doYou shifted literally all of the blame away from those at fault to feminists entirely. Pretty impressive. Also, I'm not part of a hive mind. I thought TRP was a bunch of "neckbeard losers" who are ostracized by society? I guess that narrative only works when it's convenient, just like everything else, right? Did I say that? Pretty sure I've never said that. Got some pretty strong strawman arguments here don't we? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/12/15 11:47 PM
Regarding what women feel they're "allowed" to doDo you know what the patriarchy is? It was never done away with. Nuclear families with men being the primary financial provider still exist, sexism still exists, believing women are the weaker sex still exists, TRP is a great example of how the patriarchy still exists, men are largely the majority people in our government and in influential positions. Until it is even there will be a patriarchy, even if women have equality completely in law the opinion of man will be the driving factor in govern… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/12/15 10:12 PM
Regarding what women feel they're "allowed" to doMy entire education through from elementary through college was like this. It's not uncommon. Even if it is illegal. Bringing pocket knives to school was also enough to get a teacher arrested, didn't stop a good half my teachers from bringing them. Also had teachers who were openly highly racist and homophobic and would teach their opinions like facts. That is also illegal. A few of those teachers were sexist as well that would do very similar things described here. If I wasn't to believe that s… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/12/15 10:01 PM
Regarding what women feel they're "allowed" to doThis wave is intended to question and criticize society and what society does that affect women. While third wave feminists still believe in everything the previous waves believed in and will continue to fight to protect what was previously achieved the unique aspects of third wave is that it's more about challenging and questioning societal values and stigma than it is about laws and doctrine. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 19/12/15 04:22 AM

I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingDo you really not understand what I'm saying? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Therefore, when someone is overweight and saying they are beautiful, they are doing it for themselves. Not you, what you find attractive doesn't matter in this situation. | 1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingHAES isn't just women, but okay. Yeah, because you're doing exactly what I said is rude. If you go into a group and say that without being asked your opinion, that makes you an asshole. No one wants unsolicited opinions, they're annoying and unwarranted. | 1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingI just told you the answer. If you insult those you find unattractive that is bullying. Having a preference is not. | 1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingI'm done, that was a giant wall of text saying the gist of "I think everyone functions like me and the only way someone can become overweight is eating like a pig" and that wanting to be treated with a baseline of respect is somehow immature and childish. I shouldn't have expected more from this sub, but I'm an optimist, unlike you. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 11:37 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingNot deflection, getting annoyed at your personal attacks when having a conversation you're trying to get a rise out of me, which is very socially immature. I was using my race as an example because it's the one I know best. And you're the one who was attacking HAES, not me. Sorry that I actually stay on topics I know about. Your question was very vague. What you asked now is a completely different question than what can be inferred from what you said initially.. where does the extra energy come … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 04:57 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingNo. I did not. But you literally just used skinny as the same thing as skinnyfat. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 04:41 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingAgain with applying what I'm saying in a general sense to me as a person. Learn the difference between discussion and claiming something as their own problems. The question you had was vague, sorry that I didn't realize you were being intentionally daft to ""prove""" me wrong. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 03:28 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingBased on experience. My area has a very high level of obese adults, I don't know any that even go to their yearly checkups. Also, obese people are shamed for their bodies, it affects self image, thereby making them not want to show it to anyone, even if it's a doctor. There are shows like Embarrassing Bodies for a reason. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 03:13 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingI did answer it. The body maintains weight because the lack of leptin slows your metabolism down to a crawl. It keeps as many calories as it can in storage because the body thinks you're starving. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 03:04 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingThat's seriously not true, on both accounts. Every body functions differently, even the basic ways people eats aren't applicable to every single person. Example, Native Americans have trouble with the typical high fat diet that Europeans brought over with them. The best way to fix this is to do the opposite of what white people do when eating healthy. Adding carbs and removing all but 8% fatty foods, even healthy fat, and red meat helps Native Americans lose weight. There is also the fact that w… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 02:53 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingActually, I'm just baffled at the level of narcissism required to actually think everyone's body functions exactly the same way as your own. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 01:53 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingWow. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 01:38 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thing...Did you really just call leptin magic? The layman's term for exhausted leptin levels is "starvation mode" it pulls back the usage of less vital organs to the heart and slows all bodily function. Why do you think it's so bad for you to be anorexic, even if your weight is ideal? The reason they say that is because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is personal. So yes, people who are obese are beautiful, just not to you. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 01:32 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingYeah, it is. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 12:22 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingYou don't pay attention to what people say very well. I already told you what I do, personally, if you paid attention you'd understand that you're arguing someone who isn't using a "childish cop-out". If you're a man, you know you can eat less more frequently than a woman can, right? If a woman eats very low amounts of calories daily her leptin levels will be depleted by the end of the week and she won't lose weight, or even maintain weight. The body will start to hoard calories if she doesn't d… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 12:22 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingIf a person goes to the hospital. I'm pretty sure people who are overweight tend to avoid the hospital a lot more than people who are skinny. Doctors don't always notice. I've had plenty of awful doctors who didn't bother to cross check my different medications before putting me on a new one. I'd assume many doctors overlook things quite frequently. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/09/15 12:09 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingDid I say "every skinny person on the planet eat what they want"? I said that skinnyfat people can eat what ever they want. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/09/15 11:58 PM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingYeah, but you ignore the laws of the universe. A few extra calories a day can add up and once someone figures out how to maintain their weight they may have trouble with the amount that would be required to lose weight. Some people have different types of bodies, humans aren't all easy calorie burners. Different races have different requirements. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/09/15 11:52 PM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingHeath at every size is not saying it's healthier to be at the heavier end of the scale. It's about EVERYONE skinnyfat, obese, overweight, normal weight, short, tall... Eating healthy and being active. It says no matter what you should be good to your body and those who are unable to lose weight while leading a healthy lifestyle shouldn't be harassed for their weight. It's about assuming the best of people. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/09/15 11:49 PM

I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingDo you genuinely think no one on the planet has a slow metabolism? Are you aware how common it is among native people's to have issues with it? Two thirds of us have problems with our metabolism not meeting the demands of the how Europeans eat and our very sedentary lifestyle compared to our lifestyle we had two generations before. I'm not a different species, I'm just not white. You apply you're standards to EVERYONE you interact with? That's beyond narcissistic. They say "I have the right to be happy with myself". | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/09/15 10:54 AM
I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingIf someone is overweight and lives a lifestyle which makes them happy, they should be allowed to be happy without judgement. I am part of the HAES movement, I believe in healthy eating and being active no matter what. If someone does this and yet does not lose weight, I will assume that their doctor knows better than I do why that is. Some people have trouble losing weight. | 1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingSelf image, is how you view yourself and your abilities, so by extension, how you believe others view you, not how you feel about yourself, which is self esteem. I've always had high self esteem, I love myself how I am, I just wanted to make a change (as I already lead a healthy life style, just didn't actively force my body to lose weight) so I don't have problems later on in life and so I could buy clothing from the stores I like, which are mostly in Asian sizes. | -1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingWow. You've taken the phrase "if you can't dazzle them with brilliance then baffle them with bullshit" way too seriously. | 1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingIt's a sign of NORMAL emotional development. We are social creatures. How others respond to us changes our outlook. Isolation cases mental problems, and that is what you're suggesting. Just because you think extra weight makes someone unattractive doesn't mean everyone does. I personally find bulky muscles extremely unattractive, but I'm not going to insult a person over it. I'll cheer a person on while they go on their body building journey. | 1 | I think people miss the point with the whole Fat Acceptance thingIt feels good to be healthy. Good isn't a physical word. It feels nice (good) to be healthier. You get more energy, you're more active, you can do more things and so on. Losing weight is painful in more ways then one, it doesn't feel that great while it's happening, especially when you're on a very low caloric intake. Actually, anyone who is overweight does that every single day until the FA movement started rolling around trying to combat the intense and hurtful things people say to one another. | 1 | CMV: the fact that TheRedPill is right is what makes people so uncomfortableAWALT doesn't even make sense. Humans are all unique one gender isn't more simple and uniform than the other. Believing everyone is unique is a sign of immaturity? It's a fact of biology. I've never once in my life said "I'm not like other girls" because there isn't anything wrong with other girls. If your partners say that to you it's probably because you make them think that it's the only way that they can prove themselves to you. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/08/15 08:11 PM
CMV: the fact that TheRedPill is right is what makes people so uncomfortableIt's not, those field reports exaggerate and many are straight up fake. And this whole thread is supposed to be about BP supposedly being the ones in denial. Did you really cite Occam's Razor as a way of proving your opinions? The most simple answer is women are people and function in unique manners, some elaborate rules and made up information trying to crack a universal code to women is a much more complex answer. You void your own opinions if you want to go with that. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/08/15 10:12 AM

CMV: the fact that TheRedPill is right is what makes people so uncomfortableI see no problem with expecting sex from your spouse. The problem is that there is only entitlement and no communication. Relationships that have no communication are dead in the water. I bet the wives would try to correct the issue if the husbands would just talk. I guess we will have to disagree about what the word entitlement means because I still see the single life aspect as entitlement towards sex and using shitty behavior to get it. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/08/15 03:43 AM

TRP is a more mild version of this. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/08/15 06:23 PM |
CMV: the fact that TheRedPill is right is what makes people so uncomfortablePlease explain that logic, because it's not logic. People who think they are entitled to things that they are not are dangerous, that is what TRP teaches people thereby meaning if it doesn't work TRPers can possibly have a violent outburst if they do not get their way. Still doesn't make it true, but it's still dangerous. Also, TRP isn't just getting women and bumping confidence, don't pretend it is. It also teaches "bio-truths" and AWALT mentalities to name a few, which are straight up false. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/08/15 06:12 PM
CMV: the fact that TheRedPill is right is what makes people so uncomfortable...What? What kind of warped logic is that? Something isn't dangerous if it's not true? TRP works because it's abuse, do you not know that breaking down someone's self worth and self esteem does? That doesn't make what is said true, it just means it functions to an extent. Making men who are upset with the world hold that hostility towards women and then telling them to take it out on women as well because they apparently deserve it for made up reasons is just plain misguided at best. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/08/15 06:05 PM

It's unhealthy and abusive, it's going to have an emotional response because that's cause and effect. What you do is emotional in nature as well, even if you're going to pretend it's "bio-truths". Also, that isn't OP's point, his thought is that the reason people are uncomfortable about it is because it's true. | 2 | Why is "Slut-shaming" such a bad thing now, especially towards feminists and Blue Pill minded people?Oh god, no. That isn't what is happening in Japan. Japan has a very traditional view on family, believing that once a woman becomes a mother she should stop working and be a homemaker. Because of this daycare providers are very few and far between, making it so that once you have a child it forces you to quit your job to take care of them, men are not willing to do this so it is expected of the women of that society to do it. Someone thinks their significant other will cheat on them because they enjoy sex or had many sexual partners before their current relationship, basically shouting "I'm not certain I can satisfy a sexual partner well enough for them not to seek satisfaction from someone else" or "I want a virgin or inexperienced sexual partner so that they aren't aware of my inadequate skill" or maybe even "I don't want her to have penises to compare my penis too" … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/06/15 03:57 PM |
