The Automatic Millionaire- David Bach. If you follow its advice you actually will end up wealthy. No gimmicks, just great and simple.

I'm a doc, 20 years out of residency, and a RP'r over the last year. I still don't know everything in medicine or life. I've found confidently saying "Huh, I've never dealt with that before, give me 5 minutes to look into it. Is there anything else I can helpyou with?" earns respect. Take to heart- "The whole problem in the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people are so full of doubts" -Bertram Russell

Weightlifting exercises to do with a jacked shoulder- most should be done ON MACHINES, so the strong side can compensate some for the weak. 1) DECLINE bench- 2) rows - 3) curls/tricep press 4) squat 5) abs This is not a perfect workout, but as an old guy with 2 bad shoulders it is the best I can do. To do the best with whatever we're given should be every lifter's goal.

Athol Kay wrote that following the MAP would get you more sex, but he couldn't say it would be with your current wife. Sometimes a wife simply can't get her tingles back, no matter what you do. Doing the MAP is no guarantee for a current wife, but will set you up for other relationships.

"Once an Eagle" Anton Myrer. Thoughtful novel on growth from youth to a mature, strong man- both the good and bad. Official recommendation from the US Army, but applies to all of us.

Traditionally, in Behavioral Modification you initially reinforce the behavior (or something close to it) every time until it is learned. Then you give intermittent reinforcement, which causes the subject to become confused and try harder to get the reward.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
