Some of these are sorta due to the stereotypical things that guys are supposed to be and do, and all of those charts are like that because of society Also some of these are due to the fact that females are pushed out of those certain roles like industrial jobs
Unfortunately the only way I can think of to give concrete evidence one way or another is to put cameras and microphones literally everywhere it record people's memories, both of which are really creepy
