2	Office crush Be careful with the whole sexual harassment thing nowadays. Also if things go awry with her, it WILL get weird if you have to see eachother every day so make sure you have a back up plan (ie you can transfer to another department, have another job etc). 1	Where did I go wrong with this girl? I think you played it well. I think you established enough of a connection that it was worth taking the risk of inviting her out the same night. You could have “acted unavailable” and invited her out tomorrow or the next day and still gotten the same result.
