This is one of the best arguments I have read on this issue. Awesome, completely awesome.

But focusinertia was implying that she said the fact that my relationships were shitty was my fault. If she was on your side, then why it's not OK for you to post "only because your personal relationships with them have been shitty"? She was only on your side until you've started spreading information that she doesn't want to be known, even if it's true.

She obviously means that it's his fault if his relationships with women were shitty, as always.

Man, this is why I don't bother posting anything about MRM or my views about gender issues in some spaces. Women love to say how being a feminist is very hard and how women are being oppressed all the time, but in reality this is what you get when you speak out about men's issues. They are trying to silence you and ostracize you. You have to wonder why men commit so many suicides when it's hard to even say that they're not being treated fairly in some ways without getting shit on.

It's ridiculous that she went from listing all the reasons for why she wouldn't hire women to saying that men and women aren't different.

Funny bear. Still, I think the majority of male gamers moved on long time ago and like to play new games, at least newer than 10 years old games, LOL. Anita didn't do videos about new games, because she knows she'd be destroyed.

I dont have time to go through all this. I'd love to point out that in the Uk we still the same disparity despite much less access to guns than US women do. I'd also love to keep pointing out that it takes more mental conviction to decide to kill yourself in a violent and/or terrifying way than it does in a calm peaceful way. But I'm going to reply anyway simply to point out that even if I hypothetically granted everything you said was true for the sake of argument it wouldn't change anything. M…

Upvoted. It's ridiculous that people compare suicide attempts and completed suicide. As far as I understand, almost everything passes as an attempt, no matter how ridiculous.

On a related note. I think Anita Sarkeesian chose to do her analysis on old ass games, because most male gamers don't care about those games enough to criticize her and search for holes in her reasoning. They've moved on long time ago and play newer games. Ironically, as I think those older games were even less popular between women, so they were targeted at males more. It may now be the case in some of the older games, but at least the games I remember playing on first consoles, I think they we…

To those who may not know, there's a petition related to Anita Sarkeesian to sign. "Acknowledging and presenting legitimate criticism of Anita Sarkeesian" http://www.thepetitionsite.com/415/777/451/acknowledge-and-present-legitimate-criticism-of-anita-sarkeesian I signed it. I'm not really sure if it's going to achieve anything, but it's there and there's 600 signatures out of 1000 already. People reading this comment section may want to add their voice there.

There's always talk about the "angry feminists" but now it seems like you're saying it's ok for MRA to be angry because it promotes change, yet we demonize feminists for the same thing... Personally I don't demonize anyone for being angry. Being angry is natural and normal, and it's even good to express your anger in a healthy ways. The problem with feminists is that they use lies and manipulation in a form that men simply cannot match as it's not their strongest thing in general, and that men a…

Why must I again explain why the actions of other subs has no baring on the rationality of removing bigoted opinions? Because it's not rational to think about washing dishes when a house is on fire. You deal with the biggest issue first, you prioritize. Resources are limited by default and you can't focus on everything at the same time, it's a hard reality of life. Feminist seem to use a different logic. No matter how many males are homeless and how many male suicides happen, it's equally import…

but that doesn't stop me from the logical thought that in order to oppose bigotry Assuming that MRA spaces have the most bigotry to oppose. I think it's the other way around actually. If GWW, knowing her level of debating, gets banned in a feminist space, I think it's feminists spaces that should change. Freedom is slavery. Inaction is action. Through inaction you give yourself plausible deniability. I would argue that in not deleting and calling out misogyny you are in fact giving credence to i…

My logical thought is that it feels fucking awful to be silenced. It feels awful to be silenced just because you use strong language, or because you're angry, as if being angry makes your opinion wrong. For men, more likely then for women, it doesn't matter if you precede a statement with an insult, it doesn't detract from the point. If it's a good point, it's still valued. Certainly it is not so in feminist spaces.

"Women should be free to talk to whomever they choose and go wherever they want without threat of assault. Men have the choice to either create this freedom, or uphold the threat." Yeah, and I should be free walking around in African savanna without being eaten by some animal. What a pathetic load of shit this article is.

When your body responds automatically without thinking, is it rationality? I say it's not. It depends on how you understand rationality. You may use your rationality to come to the conclusion that it's rational to act on your gut instinct, but when you really do act on your gut instinct, it's not your rationality at work, it's gut instinct. Gut instinct is not rational, it's an instinct. Again, it depends on how you define rationality, I think.
/r/MensRights27/07/13 02:03 PM

The thing is that in certain situations no amount of rationality is going to make you win. In certain situations there's no time for it. When people know that you're going to be thinking rationally first and only then responding, they can take advantage of that. It can be more rational to start being less rational sometimes.

"A rational person's responses to provocations, to assaults will always be measured inappropriate." THIS. Unless MRAs understand this shit, there's no way they're going to be successful against feminism. Thanks for the link. Very good stuff.

Yep. Often it's useless for a man to be drawing attention to the fact that he's desperate and unhappy. This is why a man would rather kill himself than make "an attempt".

Billions of feminists can repeat these words "feminism is about equality and freedom of choice for everyone", but that doesn't mean shit. To show that feminism is indeed working for equality in practice, you have to do better than slapping some words together. MRAs, including girlwriteswhat, definitely slapped more than a couple of words together which show that feminism ISN'T working for equality. I'd like to see feminists do the opposite.
/r/MensRights27/07/13 01:28 AM

I think you'll find everyone but the extremists would agree that feminism is about equality and freedom of choice for everyone. Words are just words. Whether or not feminism is actually working for equality for everyone is very much questionable, to say the least, no matter how many people say it does. Millions of people say that god does exist, but it is not the proof. Same case here.

Overdiagnosis of ADHD is a myth, unless overdiagnosis means that boys are simply more often diagnosed than girls. This doesn't mean that ADHD is being overdiagnosed (that more people are getting diagnosed than there are people with this disorder).
/r/MensRights25/06/13 05:15 PM

The reason why boys are diagnosed and prescribed medication, is because for men it's important to be able to learn and earn money and ADHD can greatly hinder that ability. For women it's more important to be pretty than to be productive, this is why people are more concerned with how productive and well behaved boys are. ADHD is a very legitimate disorder and ADHD drugs are very legitimate treatment option, as realistically no other options available, unfortunately. Boys would not be overdiagnos…

I think there's a big problem in this strategy, although it sounds compelling. It assumes that you're not going to be fucked by men when society collapses. It's like selling out your country, pretending to be a patriot, and then being screwed when it's taken over by another country. So I think that the best or the second best course of action is just going your way and not wasting resources on any stuff like that.

I've read on a suicide forum one girl saying she took many pills and wasn't even reading the labels. So she took random pills, and this counts as an attempt. Who's suffering more, a person who makes the most attempts and doesn't kill himself, or a person who kills himself? Some people can't fucking do logic in their heads. Glad seeing you commenting on this, GWW. Absolutely true. Either women don't want to die the same as men, or women are not as capable of killing themselves.

Exactly. We don't know. I was downvoted in that thread like crazy, even though I am right, even my comments when I didn't say anything that is objectionable. One female user didn't even care to find the right articles about him, most likely she found a different article where it said that there were also pictures, not just texts. "And I don't think it is all that general. It's pretty simple: ask, don't assume." It's pretty simple: earn, don't spend. See? I hope you do see, that your statement should be a lot more concrete, otherwise you may as well keep it to yourself. "Sure, the nuances of human interaction can be complicated." Glad that you're aware of that. "But texting a random girl" Show me where it's said that she was a random girl. "a dick pic" Show where it's said that there was a dick pic.

"Good enough for what?" For determining the truth. "Police confirmed the youngster’s death was not being treated as suspicious." It says that police confirmed the youngster's death was not being treated as suspicious. It does not say that there was a thorough investigation going on. Personally, I'm not even sure that police looked at the "texts" which a girl claimed were unwanted, before knocking on boy's door and telling him what he should do. The fact that she wanted texts (it appears that there weren't any images) to stop, doesn't mean that she communicated that to the boy. I don't see any clear indication that she did. I repeat. No, MRA's out in the cold for different reasons. If a girl killed herself in a similar circumstances, feminists would break their keyboards trying to come up with an explanation of why the poor girl has suffered so much she decided to kill herself. Maybe she's sane, but then she has to be dumb. Where do you see that she's seeing both sides of the argument? If she did see it, she wouldn't be a feminist. All she sees is her fantasy of the world bending to her will. She has this illusion that 90% of feminists have to change their understanding of feminism, because she says and she's going to define for them what a real feminism is. She's illogical. Fuck that self aware shit. Don't believe her guys. Next thing you know sluts (old or young) will come out and start telling you how self aware they became because of being sluts. Yeah, right. You're past your prime, don't try to fool others. You can fool yourself if you like.

I think that's BS and beauty and youth trumps experience and self awareness every time. You don't need experience to be pumped, you only need a hole.

This. And I think the best path depends on the individual characteristics. Nobody's saying that alphas have any use for going MGTOW, that would be dumb. Of course if you're natural alpha, you're just going to enjoy life.

I don't believe sexual experience matters as much as youth and good looks in females. How sexual experienced she has to be to be pumped? Really? If you got a young girl with a sleek body and feminine, do you care if she's sexually experienced?

Every day I'm reading this reddit it seems like it only gets me more depressed. However, I keep coming back. I don't know what's worse: to know or to not know. I've experienced some "equality" on my own ass too, so some of these stories trigger memories of that experience. I don't know if you should unsubscribe.

You need to come out with that information and write some kind of more official post to this reddit or something. Men are tired of hearing this shit about women rarely lying about rape. It's everywhere.

Time to open your eyes, men. As long as a bitch knows she's getting away, I wouldn't count on her decency. Never. Pretty much. The problem here isn't that people feel lust in many situations, but that men are treated so much different from women in the same situations.

It's a lot harder for a man to have many sexual partners. Crimson_D82 wrote that he had only one partner, yet if a woman of his age had 10, she's a bad prospect for him. She's for sure a shitty deal for marriage, she's only suitable for a pump. Men can, do and should judge women by how many people they've slept with. Thinking otherwise would mean you're fooling yourself.

Science knows the difference between males and females in general. Hence it should be possible to say that some attributes are generally more manly than others. I don't doubt that you've been sold a lot of bullshit. Feminism is bullshit. What force made those laws affecting men that you disagree with possible? Do you think teh patriarchy just decided to fuck men over? No, teh patriarchy was what feminism says it is, those laws wouldn't be there. The force that made those laws possible and that i…

Well it's not ridiculous to me to say that. There are things that are more manly and less manly (generally). Science deals with those things. Just saying. "The men's rights movement is considered to be a backlash or countermovement to feminism. The men's rights movement consists of diverse points of view which reject feminist and profeminist ideas. Men's rights activists believe that feminism has overshot its objective and harmed men. They dispute that men as a group have institutional power and…

Should I also give a reason why being a male feminist isn't very manly? Hm, why could it be true that you can't be both feminist and MRA? I don't know... Maybe because MRM is an anti-feminist movement? If I thought you're a 10 year old, I'd give you better explanations. You start to sound like a female feminist already. Not really good at logic.

I'm not saying that you can't help men's issues at all while being a feminist, what I'm saying is that you can't do it in any substantial way. At this point pretty much you're either changing your label or your doing next to nothing for men's issues despite your wishful thinking, and to think otherwise is super naive. Rebranding feminism like they're doing ("No, what's really going on is that patriarchy oppresses men and we're here to help. TADA!") sounds like such a load of shit that it's not e…

I'm maybe not doing much, but from where I'm sitting it's still more than what you're doing wearing your shitty label. Here's what I think is productive for MRM (edit: MRM goals you agree with): you drop your shitty feminism label. But it's not going to happen, because you'd rather stand with those male protesters at Warren Farrel's, because it's easier and because your getting laid might depend on it very much. It's easier for you, therefore you're in that camp. And you're supporting those protesters who stood there along with women who were there, BECAUSE you're a feminist. Don't act like it's hard for you to …

All of this sounds good. You're doing what you can and MRM accepts help from anyone, BUT you are still on another side of the river, and personally I'm not going accept you trying to be there and say that you give a shit about us over here. You can help, but we're not in the same place, that's super duper clear. Also I'm very interested to know whether or not you tell the same "story" in feminist communities, or you just do that in MRM. Because the latter option is a lot easier. You're saying th…

Man, I can see that you're completely clueless. You think that things like "being polite" will make a difference. Do you have your eyes on your ass? Seriously? Men would make bigger difference if they'd fucking kick some feminist ass on that Farrell's protest when they tried to shut down to event. It would be MUCH more effective than the crap you're talking about here. You can't agree with MOST of what MRM wants to work on AND be a feminist at the same time. These things are mutually exclusive. I also doubt that you know enough about feminism if you think that by being a feminist you can somehow do anything to help men's issues. When it comes down to the ground, you can't be on both sides of the river at the same time. As simple as that. Are you trying to say you can?
/r/MensRights01/04/13 08:08 PM

You're a feminist man. You don't understand what is productive for MRM, period. GTFO. That's my argument reserved for you. THIS MRM doesn't care about people like you, and it doesn't care about whether or not you're going to support it while calling yourself feminist.

What can be said with a full certainty is that a woman who had many sexual partners is much less valuable than a woman who had few partners. Not in the right mindset? Mental state? Stop looking for idiots, please. That's like saying that a man had few partners because he wasn't in the right mindset and wasn't ready for sex. BULL SHIT. "but other women just do it because they like sex and aren't ready to settle down" Which is exactly why they are factual damaged goods when they turned 40 and have…

GTFO telling me it doesn't matter. Crimson_D82 is absolutely right. Guys, the strategy that women employ: do your worst and shift responsibility. That's why you will be seeing every bitch who had 20 dicks trying to sell you her smelly vagina and blaming everyone but herself till the end of times.
/r/MensRights01/04/13 01:36 PM

There's a good reason to date young girls, if anything they haven't had their hole stretched by countless dicks AND they're likely to have smaller egos. Even in a feminism age with 18 year old you can try and teach her, with 40 old bitch with a bloated ego you can't. By that time if they weren't smarter earlier and didn't settle to what they deserved, they're so fucked inside that there's nothing you can do.

I can guarantee if somebody rapes this bitch she isn't going to use a word "creepy" to describe that. Yet when somebody offers her sex, she's calling it creepy, because she checked a checkbox. Fucking princess.

My view on you, bitch, is that the men you describe are exactly the men you seem to be going for, and maybe instead you should ask yourself "why the fuck am I trying to get men who are not interested in cuddling with me". After that you come here, because men who aren't interested in cuddling with you are FOR SURE not interested in reading this shit and replying to you like men here did. Hope this helps. If you think avoiding sexism-related words will help with issues discussed in MRM, you're completely clueless. She should be happy she wasn't banned and her post wasn't deleted, like it would probably (yes, probably) happen if a male would post a similar thing in feminist space. And this reddit should be happy that she didn't take two shits instead of one on men here.

Very good video. Her point about not asking nicely is very important and that MRA should do everything what it takes as it won't work otherwise. I have an idea of how MRAs could create a viral campaign to direct the attention to GWW, assuming that she will continue to provide quality content and is worthy of that. I assume she is. The reason why she's the most popular MRA is that it's clear that when men talk about it, nobody gives a shit and no female will ever press "like" button.

This is one of the best videos showing the real state of things and real "inequality". Respect to Philip Davies, he's the man. I hope he wasn't too discouraged by the "arguments" he received. There were so pointless and dodgy, it's painful to watch. This video should have received more likes and many more men have to see it. I actually registered just to upvote and comment as I think this is absolutely brilliant.
