You realize in most restaurants, your server is getting paid significantly less than minimum wage, with the assumption being they will make minimum wage at least after factoring in tips? The standard for tipping is 15% of your check total. You didn't include what your check total was, so it's hard to know how much of an asshole you were, but either way, unless your check came to a dollar, tipping that waitress 15 cents was a giant dick move, and makes you a pretty shitty person.	/r/askTRP	25/09/15 10:37 PM
1	A beginner's guide for losing weight and body fat So, I like your post, and I think there's a lot of good info. But I think the "you can't lose weight without a gym" bit is a load of BS. I've lost 80 lbs this year, 60 since April without the use of a gym. Just stricter controls on my diet, maintaining a caloric deficit and physical activity to the point of sweating at least once a day.
