If I do that I will be doing what my daughter fears the most in this world. Taking her from her mother. My x alienated her pretty severely to the point she doesn't let me play with her or say I love you. All I can do is be supportive of my daughters feelings. I even prayed with her for her mom. I don't think physical abuse has happened quite just yet but I can see that may be where it's headed. Thier mother has ingrained in them that having them to myself is my ultimate goal even tho I try to re…

Trust me brotha during the divorce I was a mess and wanted get into the gutter like my x and say and accuse her of all kinds of petty nonsense but I had to be the man my kids remembered me as and that ment to take the high road for them. I couldn't have my kids in my life and still be living there in that time scarred and bitter.

I let my x keep the animals as to not separate them from the children. She then got rid of both cats (boyfriend's daughter was allergic to them ) the cockatoo ( made to much noise for boyfriend)and had the dog put down last week. I haven't seen my boy in 5 years since the divorce and she had no intention of letting me be there for him when she had to put him down. Get your dogs cause you never know if she gets a new boyfriend that is allergic to them that she won't get rid of them.

My x wife in the divorce kept all of our photos including my childhood pictures. I can't get them back and my children have never seen them. Even tho I don't want them ( this pics of us together)my thoughts are they now belong to the children to see we once loved each other and our relationship was not what thier mother presented it to be. I had a few love notes from thier mother that I keep that I will give them someday as those things I do have now belong to them and the memory of the family w…

Me and my children's mother are divorced cause I didn't want them to grow up and see dysfunction. Now thier mother is with someone who is verbally and I suspect leading to physically abusive to her. So they are in the same situation I wanted to avoid them growing up in.

She can ask for whatever but the appraisal which you need to do to get the refinance done will bear out what it's worth. At the worst you owe her half but still keep your house or you pay what she put in while you were married. You need a lawyer dude like yesterday. Trust me man it's more expensive to not have one and it doesn't sound like you do ATM.

Bruh get refinanced and buy her out or give her her cut and be done with her ass. They gave me that option in my divorce during mediation.

Be careful divorced women do nothing to help married women and talk up divorce like it's a grand thing. All the while thier miserable and trying to convince themselves they made the right decision by getting other women to do the same

I'm trying to contact a court appointed attorney to see if I need a judges referral to get the kids interviewed. The one I got last time was fearful of moms alienation during the divorce and and listed a Laundry list of concerns that have now come true.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
