For example, maybe you're a paraplegic dwarf that relies on the government for subsidies. You could be white, and you'll be more fucked than 99.99% of society. In aggregate, race does matter. 2	College: My study Method Not too much beyond the big ideas, which are good. It gives you an idea of what a "problem solving strategy" is, which is good if you don't know what that means. There are heuristics listed that apply to everything, like "break a problem down into smaller components". 26	College: My study Method Berkeley graduate here. There's a lot more than just learning how to study. There's also problem solving / pattern recognition skills for succeeding. While this book is not particularly useful outside of math/engineering, "How To Solve It" by George Polya is a good example of meta strategies used for problem solving.
