How will i find a girlfriend without trying unless she comes up to me? I used to have a big social circle in high school and a lot of people liked me, or so I thought. I was actually being bullied and abused but I was too autistic to figure out that teachers were talking to me because they felt bad. Working out for women is a waste of time if you don't want women who work out. I find a lot of girls find it weird to be asked out at the gym, but I could be wrong. If you can't work out for yourself and only for women, that needs to change. Women aren't some hive mind and some women may want you 6% body fat all year round and some women may want 15-20% body fat year round. Find an aesthetic/look you want to achieve and go for it.
