Well I think the possibility of why some vegans have strokes is down to the high salt content in the ready meals. Alot of vegans I know literally live on em. I think your average wholefood vegan would be your healthiest. I'd love to be vegan but it wrecks my gut and those allergies make it debilitating for lifting.
