Youre bringing up deadly disasters during your approach? Stop that. You didnt tell us much about your approaches so its hard to give tips. It sounds like pretty straight forward topics though, getting her talking about something interesting and memorable. You should mainly be asking questions because as i see it, pickup goes like this; approach, qualify, close.
