I want somewhere that's level headed discussion without compromising the everyday language or stance of being. Men's Lib is good sometimes but spends too much time defending modern feminism and FemraDebates is good for a read but I can't join the discussion. Men's Rights fights for EQUALITY. We don't try to suppress Women's Rights. If some misandrists choose to label themselves as feminists, so be it. Peter works at Pawtucket Brewery, I believe. He worked in a toy factory in the early seasons, though. I think the Simpsons do a great job in showing how loving Homer is as a father and just how much he's willing to sacrifice for the people he loves. They are stereotypes but only of particulars - White Collar Male, Housewife, child prodigy, mischief maker - I don't think they have any agenda at hand.

It's unfortunate for the resulting child. They are simply the product of mechanical, clinical procreation and not love of two humans. There are plenty of already born children needing fostering and adopting in the U.K. and if someone (regardless of gender) wants to be a parent, I can see no nobler way about it.

If the person actually KILLS the person. We can't go charging people with the worst case scenario outcome of their actions. To clarify, say a fight broke out and you punched me in the head. When the fight ends, we both walk away a little worse for wear but relatively unharmed. Should you be arrested simply because that punch to my head COULD have killed me rather than the actual outcome of a slightly tender noggin?

I'm sorry, but here's the preacher HIMSELF stating that only his ribs hurt. No blood on his head either. Yes, hitting your ribs can kill you, but people can die from a single punch to the head too. Does that mean we should treat every person who punches someone else in the head as an attempted murderer?

The preacher didn't hit his head, he hurt his ribs and was in an okay enough condition to reject a ride in the ambulance. Well... not really... Max penalty for such a crime is 3 years. So 4 cases of one and admitting to 4 cases of sexual activity with another would probably only have gotten a complete max of 20 years - and that's if the judge was giving the maximum penalty for every single charge, which isn't likely. Still, how many times have we seen women getting more lenient charges simply because of gender?

This is exactly right. Making a joke out of it will only make matters worse and justify the segregation of men from women. Ask for the genderization of the room to be removed and just be a 'Safe Space' - if this is denied, ask for a Mens' Safe Space - if THIS is denied, then gender equality is BS and go public with it.
