Biden actually attempted this and succeeded at some level with his infrastructure bill, and also with chips act. The problem was and still is a shortage of skilled workers. For example, we allocated a lot of money for advanced chips but a lot of federal projects were delayed since there is a severe shortage of qualified workers with 2yr technical or 4yr engineering degrees. Fair point. Can’t really debate anything you typed. I’ll just say this. There are a lot of women, white american women in particular, who consider themselves liberal but only as far as social policy, not fiscal or economic policy. These women have little to no empathy or compassion for the average beta male. They love to sit on the sidelines and watch men compete and fight for them, thus enabling the toxic masculinity everyone recognizes as evil but still too complacent to reverse course

Phone banking takes courage. Especially if it’s for left leaning candidates who will receive a lot of hostility in purple states. As far as if you belong, of course you do.
