That's the thing though, is he's not breaking any laws. There are no laws in Canada saying that if a person can't work with their teacher-assigned partner, they have to suck it up and deal with it. He asked for a different partner, he didn't try to murder his prof.

As a Grade 12 in a small town Ontario high school, I can confirm that is bullshit. I can't speech for all boards, but on the off chance that you're in the Waterloo Regional District School Board, I can give you solid advice. Start with the English head. It was bad. She almost got thrown out of school, her house, her family, and the cops refused to believe her. These videos were reported months ago, and they still haven't been removed (wtf youtube?) but I'm going to try again.

No. Her phone and computer were stolen/hacked, the videos were posted and distributed, some of them have gone viral, and some are now ads for porn sites. She didn't know what happened until some kid from her school found them and spread them around the school, and plastered them all over Facebook/Twitter. This has effectively ruined her life, and she got in an assload of trouble, but everyone responsible is getting off scott-free. (THIS IS NOT ABOUT AMANDA TODD, PLEASE DON'T CRUCIFY ME!)

I'm a girl, AND a rape victim, and reading this hurts my head. This is not heroism, this is a crime. The guy was in high school and had consensual sex with another high school student. Nothing about that is illegal. Fuck the criminal who murder him. There was nothing heroic about his actions.
