Good technique. However, some sort of imbalance in the brain sometimes is the actual cause for panic attacks in some people. Sometimes shit is just happening in your brain and body that your thoughts cannot control or prevent. That was my experience with panic attacks. Sometimes I still have them and I just have to ride it out. I feel like some kind of superhuman for living through the level of uncontrollable, unreasonable panic I've had. Wish you luck, dude.
