| 1 | This subreddit is all about statistics until it makes men look bad.Ok, but one of them is super straightforward on what qualifies, and the other excludes other rapists. These aren't really comparable in the way you are trying to compare them for nuance. A better example would be an often cited claim on domestic violence rates of lesbians. The reason it is an insult for men is that women have higher standards for men in short-term relationships physically, and men have lower ones for women.
