Abundance mentality equates to being independent of the outcome but I said for me in bar settings it's purely preselection. Cheap caliper says something like 12% bf. Goals 6ft3 205 with sub 10% Bf. My intake 440g carbs 340g protein and 75g fat. I know now my fat intake was below where it should be. Eating anything over 4k calories seems like a waste I'm just concerned my body won't/isn't using all the nutrients?

Is there such thing as to much food? I'm eating 1.5lb of chicken and noodles as my main staples. I ate an average of 3700 calories a day for nov/dec only seeing the scale stopping at 182 at the start of December. Eating 4k a day seems rediculous but apparently I need it to gain. Is there a point where there might be something internally wrong or do i just need to eat more?
