Option 2. You already give up lots of rights when you join the military, one more is fine. It should be written in the contract that if you get pregnant without authorization then you will be discharged. Think of it this, you have a division of 10 people. 3 women 7 guys. There is a big difference between someone being attacked and someone not sitting next to her friend. Look at it from the flight attendants view and the mans pov. depends, I know Illinois both parties have to consent. I'm sure police can do whatever they want. It also depends on expectation of privacy. sounds like there was no evidence against the guy, no drugs showed up in the blood work, rape kit was negative. sounds like he wasn't even arrested. ether he was a master rapist or no crime was committed. I'd be more worried about my girlfriend getting blackout drunk with a guy at a bar.

My teacher gave us some good advice back in high school. He told the guys that whenever a girl says no just leave. If you are at her house in bed get up and go. Then he told the women never to say no unless you absolutely mean it.
