Be super careful about filming people where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, You could land yourself in jail. Some laws exist specially about filming people during intimate sex acts without their permission. Especially distribution. Now maybe they were filmed sleep, or just together, but be careful and know your laws. I think that it’s not as much of a privacy issue as it is looking at individual incidents. Let’s say they had consenting sex 100 times. On the 101st time one party says no, but was forced. So now the victim has to turn over all the emails, texts, etc???? What does that have to do with the case at hand? Victims won’t report because they think that nothing will be done. Same story. I think part of the solution is to have the punishment for false reports be the same as the punishment for the crime …
