I mean girls brains don't really calculate based on statistics, they calculate based on emotion. This stuff is great for self-improvement and to increase your own QOL, but you can be homeless and get 10x more women than a socially retarded billionaire.

idk, she's always struck me as an alpha female, which on the plus side makes her call out weak behavior, but on the negative side means she's prone to high risk self-destructive shit, which would get magnified by being a famous young person in hollywood

Pickup artists aren't psychopaths bruh. They are socially awkward nerds who had to break socialization down into little pieces to understand it. Also, there are lots of socially awkward nerds who climb the "dominance hiearchy" and are still terrible with women, so pickup is just generally helpful for teaching naturally awkward guys how to get a girlfriend. Psychopaths don't need pickup to talk to girls, as they don't feel socially inhibited like normal people. If anything, pickup is a bunch of V…

I agree that hotter girls will date less attractive men, but I think the reason is the opposite from what you stated. Hot girls are more secure in their looks, so they don’t need a hot guy to make them feel attractive. Ugly or average girls often seek out and date very attractive men because they are compensating for their own faults in the looks department, although they don’t realize this consciously. In their minds, if they can get a hot guy to date them, then it means they must be attractive…

I'll definitely agree with the pozzing concept, that is if I'm interpreting it correctly. All the art and discussion where I'm from seems to be focused around an ideological slant. People don't care about whether they succeed in a pragmatic sense, they care about whether they get their political and social views across to others, i.e whether they communicate their identity. Which I guess makes sense kinda, because people only care about pragmatic success when they grow up poor or live in a third…

Bit rambling and english is bad but I think the idea you are expressing is extremely valuable and important, and underrated. Emotions and the vicissitudes of daily life cause us to react, make resolutions, create goals, and generally attempt to escape momentary suffering, which is the "women quality" that you mentioned. In reality, true growth and progression doesn't occur unless it is the result of a habituated course of action, or as you put it, a system. We might make grandiose attempts at ch…

I mean it all kinda stems from the same place psychologically. Chasing a oneitis and voluntarily getting ur face punched for 30 years are both a bit tryhard. If your masculinity is internally based rather than externally based, you won't need someone [a woman] or something [boxing] else to tell you you are strong.

Humblebrag and subreddit plug. Its a good post in the sense that its aspirational, but I'm not sure the ultimate point you are trying to make. Women are evil? Society is creating degenerate women? Nah bruh its been this way since the dawn of time. If you hook up with girls and then are disenchanted or sad afterwards, you aren't in it for the right reasons. The reason you feel sad and angry is because you got all the validation in the world and still feel empty. You expected women to give you som…

Yea its hard to find the right words to express what I mean. I just view some people as alpha naturally and some people as beta naturally, based on their hormone levels and inclinations.

Alpha is a really broad term and lots of people use it differently, so I'm not trying to say that anyone's definition is wrong or right. In the context of what I was discussing above though, I used Alpha to refer to a specific personality archetype that is biologically determined. Just like some people are tall and some are short, some are alpha and some are beta. Both personality archetypes have different needs and desires, and both have different mating strategies. means to have sexual abundan…

Arguably, the goal of biologically alpha and beta guys should be the same. Take action towards your goals and become a more actualized version of yourself. Each will have a different mating strategy. IMO, whether you are alpha or beta is biologically determined. I agree that there are a lot of misconceptions about this here, because no one wants to believe that they have inborn limitations, but the reality is that regardless of what your biological archetype is, the actions you need to take to i…

Kind sounds like a provider mentality. Not a bad thing, just want to make the point that IMO, "alphas" are more "vampire-like" than women.

Productivity doesn't automatically equal hours spent working. If you are depressed and anxious because you don't socialize enough, 8 hours of "productivity" may not be as productive as you think. On the other hand, if you hang out with friends for 4 hours, and then work for 4 hours in a healthy mental state, you could arguably accomplish more.

Idk depends on who the girl and guy are IMO. I think a lot of guys like it when girls moan super loud because it is validating and a turn-on, but to me it can also be a dominance display by the girl, i.e a sign that she feels uninhibited. If you take the dominant role it sounds less like moaning/screaming and more like whimpering.

Yea. Standing in the sun changes your brain chemistry as well. Everything changes your brain chemistry. I was referring to structural overhaul that would be extreme enough to completely alter a persons personality for life. You don't even understand the context of my statements because the person I was talking to deleted his comments, but here you are five months later having an argument with urself.

I'd say its more abnormal for girls not to have sex prior to marriage, so definitely wouldn't say she's a slut.

Thats definitely a part of the idea, but I think another important aspect of all masculine philosophies is the idea of intentional suffering. Determinism can't be fought at its own level, so you have to fight it at a higher level. For example, rather than trying to quit smoking by focusing on how bad smoking is, you focus your efforts on pushing outside of your comfort zone, to a place where smoking is no longer compatible with the structure of your life. Intentional suffering, burning the boats…

The thing is that people think being a narcicssist makes them alpha or something, but in actuality narcissists are extreme beta males who construct and live in a false identity because they have been sheltered from the real world. Its feels good to circle jerk that you might have some devious personality flaw that makes you dark triad, but actual narcissism is extremely beta. Also, chasing BPD girls is extremely beta, because you are hooked on the validation that their idolatry gives you. Valida…

I don't think anyone is behind anything. The average individual works harder to propogate the zeitgeist than any ruling elite. The system isn't the reason for anyone's bad behavior, the bad behavior creates the system. We culturally agree subconsciously to focus on bullshit so that we don't have to actually accomplish anything or do the scary stuff we are avoiding. If we can talk on the internet about how women are manipulative and evil, then we can have an identity without real world accomplish…

This is a very good analysis, and kind of a contrast to normal redpill thinking. Jordan Peterson is certainly smart, but he tries to encapsulate everything in a symbolic, fantastical framework. The truth is that the "good" and "evil" are distractions that the public focuses on while the truly wealthy and powerful make pragmatic decisions based on what will yield the most favorable outcome for them. At the highest levels of power and wealth, there is no good or evil taken into consideration, and …

I don't think he is implying you should be a scoundrel. I think it is more of a warning about resisting the temptation of joining the "in" crowd in exchange for your integrity, because one day it will come back to haunt you. Whether this means joining a group of bankers who devalue currencies and crash economies, or going to an eyes-wide-shut party in hollywood with underage girls, the impetus and end result is the same. You think you are winning, but in the long run you become indebted and enme…

Yeah definitely metabolic syndrome plays a role. I'd say the biggest reason is the skewing of fats to polyunsaturated [vegetable oils] over saturated and monunsaturated. Polyunsaturated fats have been shown to absolutely tank testosterone levels, whereas saturated and monounsaturated raise testosterone. High protein diets also tank testosterone levels. PUFA does a lot of other terrible things to you as well, but we'll leave it at test for now.

I don't think they want power, so much as they just naturally grow to fill a power vacuum. They take on the shape of the container they are in, so to speak. When she does these power grabs, what she is actually trying to figure out is how much you need to fuck her. If your response is to double down with the intensity and fuck her harder, you fail the test. Otoh, if she tries a power grab and you lose interest, she knows you don't need to put up with her bullshit because you have other girls to …

Yea definitely pretty similar. I think the Buffett quote works for redpill because it kind of hints at what defines masculinity. If feminity is saying yes to most things and being open, masculinity is saying no to most things and being closed [which has of course taken on a negative connotation in our culture]. Its pretty rare someone has the gravity and personal boundaries to resist temptation and false opportunity, and so usually that kind of person becomes a leader in whatever field they are …

nah bruh, just look at Elon Musk or Johnny Depp, or any other incredibly high SMV individual that regularly gets trampled by women because they catch feelings. i'm not saying it isn't possible for a beta to proactively defend himself from this kind of thing, just saying that it will always need to be a proactive effort because the natural tendency will be to give in to emotions
/r/TheRedPill12/09/17 03:25 PM

I mean, biology is deterministic, as disheartening as that can be. Even the lowliest beta male nerd can increase their smv, and in turn get to have sex with lots of women, so I'm not saying that biology will have any impact on their ability to do that. I'm just making a distinction between natural alpha males and beta males with high smv. I don't think people would consider Bill Gates alpha in a biological sense, but he is the wealthiest man in the world, so clearly smv doesn't alter ur biology.

Wait what was the easiest point to blast a hole in my argument? I'm not even sure were talking about the same thing here. The only sense I'm getting from you is that you are insecure and my original comment triggered you to go on a diatribe about testosterone levels. If you'd like to discuss some higher level ideas then I'm down, but I'm not here to reassure u on your insecurities.

I mentioned testosterone once in the entire first post I made, so it sounds like you have some of your own biases here. Testosterone is only one part of what makes an alpha IMO, most of it is genetic and determined before birth and during development, so taking trt won't really alter the more important things like brain structure, bone structure, etc. It will alter more superficial stuff like fat deposition, lean mass, and mood. I also never said being alpha was superior, or even desireable, jus…

Taking exogenous hormones wont change the brain u had from birth, which was influenced by hormones in utero and during development, so not sure what trt or hgh have to do with anything.

Alpha brain waves and the term "alpha male" aren't related in any way. Bull sharks having high testosterone is also not related to humans in any way, or to the archetype of "alpha male" as it exists in human males.

While I agree that all men can improve their SMV, I don't think SMV is in any way related to alphaness. Alphaness is a psychological predisposition created by hormones. SMV is your social standing, looks, muscularity, experience, abundance, etc., and you can use all these things to gain the leverage that an alpha would have naturally, but having these things will not make you alpha. The reason women don't want beta males increasing their SMV is because women don't want beta males to have leverag…

Your ability to walk away from the interaction because you genuinely don't give a shit about the outcome is much more powerful than any tricks or power moves you could make. IMO, its much more important to hold your own psychological autonomy in that situation than it is to try to control the situation itself. Who cares whether a girl likes him or your friends are drawn to him. By trying to win at all you are implying that there is something to win in the first place, which reveals your scarce m…

Yea the main takeaway here is that testosterone = aggressiveness, which women are programmed to respond to. It's not so much how you fuck her as it is your internal state, which is reflected in subtle aspects of your behavior and demeanor.

I mean, having an emotional moment where you show you are under stress but have the power to handle it IS attractive. Opening up completely to a girl, letting down all your walls, and asking her to mother you and share your burden is unattractive, because a girl can't be in mothering mode and attraction mode simultaneously. However, what I've found is that the less emotional of a guy you are, the more leeway you have in expressing yourself, because most of your emotions are fake anyways. If you …
