My lifts never went down during accutane, i was on like 60mg too cos my acne was so bad. As long as you're taking your fish-oils and training hard i dont think it'll be a problem. Inbox me if you have any other questions regarding Accutane and lifting.

Just putting it out there, there is a small percentage of people (me) who don't respond to any of OP's suggestions due to genetics. Research Accutane cos that shit is a miracle drug if you have very persistent acne.

Hey man its crazy, im in the exact same situation as you. I'm 20 too and I'm in that crazy disciplined mode too. I won't eat out with my friends due to my macro restrictions and i don't like going out because i rather be working on myself/self improving. But i think one of the comments in here hit the nail; we need to work on having fun and the 'game component of self improvement.
