I’m just a redditor, I wish I could help more but Reddit’s advice will always be chickenshit compared to counseling. Maybe focus on your hobbies? Look up groups online or in person and grow + improve in something that makes you feel cool. What worked for me was faking confidence. No matter how much you want attention( it don’t matter once you get it. It’s a cheap thrill for a day, then it fades back to the same emotion you’re feeling now. Think about your goals.
