There was no smoke screen, besides her intent to relocate after convincing him to allow her primary physical. Not sole, not full. She quit her job here voluntarily when they began the divorce process. Read the article again. And he did argue why they shouldn't be allowed to leave. I fear you may have your facts wrong. They divorced and had a schedule here. After it was settled, she requested relocation. He did not agree to give her primary so she could move, she manipulated that after the divorce was done. No judge should ever be able to justify allowing one parent to take the children away from the other unless they abuse…

So your response is that the mother cannot live in a place convenient for the father, but the father can move to a place convenient for the mother? That seems fair. The Judge concluded that taking a child away from their father, for whatever the reason, was "sensible". That is the issue here. And he did not give sole custody at all, he agreed to primary in order for them to avoid a drawn out battle because they lacked the funds and knew the outcome of the majority of every other case, which is something completely different than voluntarily giving sole. Thank you. Hopefully they hear the message now. This Judge recused himself from my case about two weeks ago because of it, and I have been contacted by candidates in other Judicial races about it. So we are not being quiet about it at all, but we do need the numbers of support to keep the FB page seen and active. So thank you.

He did. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and he ruled that my disabilities were for carrying guns and military equipment only, and that he considered me to be willfully unemployed. Then he kept an illegal payment that is impossible to make against my VA Service Connected pay and labels me a deadbeat for it. There is a lot more, but the bottom line is that actively campaigning against him has shown some promise in the community so far. It works.

To be clear, I didn't write this, I stumbled upon it while on fb. Aside from the grammar and spelling, it is a decent petition. We all face issues, and even though this may be a small movement, it is a movement nonetheless. We need the right kind of attention as fathers.
