Focus on quality fabrics. Try things on, and not just in your standard size. Try smaller and larger than normal, because different brands have such wildly different sizing. Wear tights and a camisole under whatever you wear thrifting to make trying on easier and cleaner. Go early in the day if you can, it’s usually quieter and less busy. Try a few different thrift stores in your area to get a feel for which has good stuff. In my area there’s one goodwill that has excellent women’s s clothing but…

-take advantage of the warm spring weather by going out to different parks in my area at least once a week -read at least 6 books -use the konmari and really commit to the process and do it fully -bake a loaf of bread from scratch -plan my garden, with a focus on herbs and edible flowers. Also, figure out what is wrong with my hydrangea

I’m grateful that I’ve had more energy lately, which has let me accomplish more than I normally might be able to. I’m grateful my home improvement project worked out as well as it did and for the cost it did, that winter is drawing to a close and spring will soon be here, and for my friends. Also this might be silly but I’m grateful I stumbled onto this subreddit and decided to lurk around!
