The greatest and most basic thing I've learned from TRP is and to quote Rollo: "build it and they will come". The reason we're here is because the feminine mindset we al had was not getting results while "Chad" was getting all the pussy. TRP to ME is self-improvement coupled with an objective and purely realistic understanding of social dynamics so when they do "come" you'll be ready. I agree with the post completely. The goal post should always be moving forward in tandem with you.

I don't know whether these people are stupid or still swallowing the pill but some have completely misunderstood the point of the post. Chad here is just the most alpha red-pilled male we all here should agree we should be if we were to go with the most basic concepts of TRP. Some people need to read the sidebar again and leave their insecurities in another forum.

Why dont u use media as a reward to make the stuff you should do habits? Don't like the gym? Listen to music while doing so and play just a little after as a reward. Don't like reading? Read something you've always wanted to for like an hour and then play videogames another hour or stuff like. It works if you spread it out over the day
