If a man has a high partner count it shows a lack of self control I only want to address this part but I disagree fundamentally. It takes work for a man to get laid: he must be interesting in conversation, successful at his career, well groomed, interesting, funny, in shape, he has to do the pursuing/gaming... generally speaking of course.
