1	How do judges view false restraining orders? If you can afford to take it to trial then take it to trial . Have a psych evaluation. The truth eventually comes out . False accusations in family court abiut abuse are soooo common and should be easily recognized . The problem is - in family court you get a judge / referee and you don’t really get to talk or defend yourself against BS claims l it’s almost like they don’t matter . 3	How do judges view false restraining orders? Not all judges , you can also prosecute them for perjury. It’s concerning how easy it is for an unstable person to just make a claim to a person with no proof and all I’d the sudden your out of your home and have to be in court	/r/Divorce_Men	25/08/23 06:16 AM
