It also doesn't say privacy is a right, yet privacy is a right. I explained how this works. Even you yourself recognize that it works this way. I'm not understanding where your mental block is coming from.

The right tip privacy is in the 4th amendment.... you're completely missing the point to try and flex your knowledge of law when the simple answer to the question is abortion is not a right granted by the constitution which was their claim. The right to privacy is not at all mentioned in the 4th amendment. Its implied by the 4th amendment. And it's great that you do acknowledge that the Constitution can, in fact, contain rights that are not explicitly in black and white. Curious that you yoursel…

No, there isn't. The right to privacy is not mentioned in the constitution, yet we have it by constitutional implication and its recognition by the Supreme Court. This is because in Article III, in conjunction with Article XI, all decisions made by the Supreme Court are the law of the land, with the power of the US Constitution. You can get as hard headed and reductive as you want, but anybody who passed a middle school civics class understands this is how it works.
