No worries. Stats are easy to lie with and often tough to understand. I hadn't looked up the actual transmission rate though, but according to the CDC the transmission rate for gonorrhea is actually very high at 20% per episode of vaginal intercourse. This still doesn't represent your risk when sleeping with a random though because there's a very low prevalence among middle class white women (17x higher for black women).

But in reality your odds of contracting syphillis as a high value male (or just an average joe) are next to nil. Syphilis and HIV are almost exclusively carried and contracted by sex workers, homosexual men, and IV drug users. If you don't bang hookers or men or do heroin, you're not going to catch HIV or syphilis anywhere in the commonwealth, even if you rawdog for 100 years.

You were all doubting the stat because you didn't understand that OP said condoms reduced the transmission rate by 50%, not that the rate itself was 50%. That's very possible. I'm pretty sure in Canada there are far more female applicants and matriculants. For a while it was like 55 or 60% female matriculants on avg, up to 70% at UofC and Mac. Now they seem to be reversing the trend, accepting a higher proportion of males than the applicant pool. Yeah it's bogus that they only offer it to women. The age part is understandable and the same here though. By the age of 26 they reasonably assume you've already contracted it because it's so wide-spread. You can still get the vaccine at any age but you have to pay for it yourself.

Is your country Canada? They've just started vaccinating boys too now I think, after a couple decades of vaccinating only girls. I should also note, the vaccine only protects against the 4 most dangerous strains, not the whole 100, though there could well be cross protection.

You guys just don't understand stats / can't read. He said condoms reduce the gonorrhea transmission rate by 50%. That doesn't mean you have a 50/50 chance of contracting it every time you sleep with a girl lol fuck. The transmission rate might be 5% for example, and generally the way they do these stats is based on 100 couple-years. Your own linked aamc stats show that ~54% of applicants are male (46 female) yet ~48% of matriculants are female (52% male). It's not huge but there's definitely a gender gap (~4%) and according to these stats the female application pool is in fact smaller, not larger.

There's only a couple of studies that actually looked into this properly and they found ~40 of rape accusations were false, as defined by confession and retraction by the accuser. Another chunk were undetermined but suspected to be false.

You have to look at the methodology of these studies to be sure. I believe the few studies claiming really low false accusation rates were done by feminists with crazy methodologies. I haven't looked into them, but I did look into the infamous 1/5 statistic, which is a great example of shoddy government statistics pushed for political agendas. All the old religions had the same views on women and keeping hypergamy in check. Islam is just the last one left standing. The problem with checking hypergamy though, is that if you're an alpha you only get your one girl. As most men here are dedicated to being in the top 20% and getting lots of high quality women, idolizing islam is counter productive. There's a lot of beta male fantasy in here about returning to strict patriarchal societies, but this would of course end the gravy train.

Where do you see 6->15? I'm reading the paper trying to find the actual numbers because there's so much debate over them in the thread. I see the total "sexual inactivity" going from 6->15, but then something fishy happens and they report females at 2.3->5.4 and males at 1.7->1.9, which doesn't add up.

I've skimmed through the study for the relevant info and the paper doesn't make sense. They report an increase in sexual inactivity from 7% to 15%, but then report females at 2.3%->5.4% and men at 1.7%->1.9%. Something doesn't add up. Furthermore and more importantly, they aren't even looking at virginity in this study, they're looking at 20-24yo old participants who haven't had sex since 18, which is meaningless, and they used broad questions which make the relevance of any answers questionable…

You're mostly right, except that it's not just leftism. Conservative right wing/christian philosophy is also extremely bluepill and advocates for men to "man up", get married, and provide. Leftism is a religion with the same tenets, and then a bunch of contradictory feminist theory thrown in for even greater female power.
