We'll what I personally did was spark up the conversation again. In my case, the girl is heading out to California soon. Greeted, asked if she's already in california. And then asked the question. "Hey (Name). I feel that we have parted for sometime, and I would like to know what I did wrong/right on the date. Anything that I could have improved on and stuff I did wrong. Please be brutally honest." You're not gaming the girl, you're just asking her a question from now.

While with my friends, i am able to carry conversations. In terms if girls that i've known for quite a while, im able to carry conversation. I started as a extreme introvert and currently working my way up to being more social. But this time, it just felt like how you described it. She wasn't extremely attractive, like maybe a 6/7. But this time i really got in my head sort of and tired. I don't really go on much dates, so I am not sure. Most of the girls i met on tinder flaked 80% of the time.
