Cannot agree with you enough. Creepy vibes for sure. Never ask a girl if you can follow her and shop with her after just meeting.

You’re trying too hard. Asked if you can shop with her? Get her number and be more direct with making the plans. If she’s not reciprocating, she’s not interested. Focus on being the best version of yourself before you go out and approach. Get in the gym, workout, look physically fit, dress nice, smell nice. The point is this = no girl is going to entertain cold approaches unless she is physically attracted. It all starts there.
