How fast would you like your results to arrive? A month? A week? Then you need to Fastrack your progress according to that. I was okay with getting results slowly. If you want results to be faster, then you need to make a plan accordingly. But let's not be insane, and expect results in like 3 days. It depends on what you want and a reasonable amount of patience and time to actually attain it.

No I came to this realization just 6 months ago. I've stopped porn and Masturbation completely. I try to take steps towards meeting women. And here's the key part: You have to understand that this will take time. The worst part for me was that I wanted immediate results. But you need to give yourself some time before whatever steps you have taken can give you the benefit you want.

I get what you mean man. Hell, in some ways im even worse than you. I'm 23 and I feel the same way as well. I'm basically 3 years older than you and I've done even less. But you have to stop comparing yourself to your cousin and take some steps to actually do something. That's what I've learned. Hope this helps.
