I don't. Being condescending is literally that, positive in the appearance and negative in the intentions. Positive bias is still bias and stem from the fact that for ages women had little to no agency and so they were expected to be what others wanted from them, sex and maternal objects and little more. This is also why "pink quotas" is inherently sexist both towards men and women, it's telling women that they are not enough to succeed on their own and need help
