| 2 | Does anyone else think it's a bit biased that the name given to gender equality has the name of one of the genders in?I can't name any legal rights but I don't think that doesn't mean there isn't bias. The gender ratios at top levels is severely in favour of men. The only industry where women earn more than men is porn which is a prominently male funded industry. Your points have made me realise it's not as one sided as I thought though. Also thank you for being seemingly the only reasonable person on reddit. I got banned from posting to /r/feminisms because of this idea. | /r/MensRights | 09/09/15 03:18 PM |
| -1 | Does anyone else think it's a bit biased that the name given to gender equality has the name of one of the genders in?Wage and scrutiny on image to name the first two that come to mind. Please explain why your opinion may be to the contrary | /r/MensRights | 09/09/15 03:00 PM |
| 2 | Does anyone else think it's a bit biased that the name given to gender equality has the name of one of the genders in?Sorry but I disagree on most points. The gender bias is definitely in favour of males but yes there are rights women have that aren't equal. The vast majority of people I've met that identify as feminist are in support of the actual definition which is equality. | /r/MensRights | 09/09/15 02:45 PM |
| 4 | Does anyone else think it's a bit biased that the name given to gender equality has the name of one of the genders in?Equality is mentioned in every definition of Feminism I've read. I think it's now getting to the point where there isn't as much of a need for women to assert their rights as when Feminism got it's name and a change in name might garner more support | /r/MensRights | 09/09/15 02:34 PM |
