wasn't the architect of the horrible atrocities of rape and torture against women in rwanda a woman. i believe it was a woman who instructed combatants in how best to demoralize and punish the "cockroaches". as horrible as it is for me to say, rape was one of the tamest tortures they committed, under her instruction some of the stuff they did to new mothers was soul destroying just reading about it.

as pretty much everyone has said, harm was done, you fled the bakery because you were scared they could make up a story to get you in trouble if you didn't leave. if the first woman was so disturbed by a mans presence, even if only a specific kind of man, that she couldn't work then she shouldn't be working with customers, but, there was a second employee right there with you to complete the order and she choose not to. so what was her reason for not doing her job.

this kind of unhealthy focus (...obsession) really only serves to keep her name present in headlines and social conversation for that much longer or worse, their extra efforts to punish her end up creating legitimate sympathy for her that diminishes the horrible things she has done. like you said, take her career and then lets forget about her. those are probably the biggest ways you could hurt her anyway.

they aren't obligated to do it for me but if every single man who is aware of my situation, including if i just enter their field of vision, better come double check that i don't need their help. she's just mad that no one asked because she wanted to condescendingly respond with "no, i got this", i know this because after she didn't get that opportunity she went on social media and condescendingly told the whole fucking world "see, i got this".

this is still an argument that can have the result of putting the wrong person in the wrong role because some arbitrary metric on a spreadsheet is telling you what to do. i say the right person for the right role, whatever that may be, anything else is just politics and distracting from what's important, the fucking story you're telling.

-women stops breathing- me, a man: it's ok, i know what to do. here, lay her flat and tilt her head back while i take my pants and underwear off everyone else: wtf dude me: what, im letting you visually verify that i am not aroused or getting any kind of sexual gratification when i press my lips to hers and place my hands on her chest to give compressions. obviously.

at that point OPs husband was adequately detained on the ground, that kick was entirely malicious and made with no other intent than to hurt an already contained man. not only would i have pressed charges i would've sued the pants off that man in civil court.

it looks like the 'we reserve the right to refuse business' sign is going to be a life saver in this new, utterly delicate and entitled, world we live in. if i ever break my leg or something im going to go to a heart surgeon and demand they fix it and then collect my payday when they refuse.

i had more in my comment about the 'black people can't be racist/white people deserve this treatment' nonsense also connecting that mentality to the same type of rhetoric old racist white guys used to spout but i took it out, guess i missed that one.

regardless of who's fault it was you said something made her so mad that she had to resort to hitting you. do these people seriously not realize that they are making the exact same arguments and justifications the people they complain about used to make to justify the exact same behaviour. so for some, this isn't about getting rid of the behaviour, they just want their turn at bat.

im just going to keep saying it -- the solution to this problem is not separation and isolation, but raising up both genders so that they learn how to grow together.

the solution to our gender inequality problem will never be solved by lifting up one side over the other, it will be resolved by growing both sides together through teaching them how to live alongside one another. crazy fucking idea, apparently.

yes, in this instance he gets bonus points for not only doing his daughters hair but doing it exceptionally. just like a woman would get bonus points for teaching her son how to throw a perfect curve ball. i don't make up the gender stereotypes, they exist. if this person doesn't like these stereotypes than maybe they should try not shitting on someone for breaking one.

(i put more thought into this than what i was first expecting) to start, the appearance argument is really more of a non argument for me mostly because it's largely just personal preference (it would be like saying small boobs are better than big boobs, it's just your preference...and really, how much does the state of dress or undress of my penis affect anyone else) but beyond that, they're genitals, they're not the most appealing things even on the best of days. and on a side note, if you can …

this entire article was useless, there is nothing of merit in any of it's points. it's just a spoon-fed diatribe on the horrors of penises subjugated vaginas. i could be wrong, but i thought this was supposed to be about an 80's comedy remake. what does it matter if this character was gay, is that in anyway applicable to the plot, to understanding the motivations of the character, does it add anything...no, then it's a superfluous character trait and is only there because you want it there, not …

he made a choice for himself, and stuck to it regardless of the reward offered for changing it. he valued his preference for not wanting to have sex over the humiliation of refusing something that, at least as far as this woman is concerned, men can't refuse and simply always want. she thought that the only person who needed to make a choice was herself when it takes two people to have sex. but the real self-value comes in when he doesn't justify himself while she mocks him, he doesn't give up h…

i bet this is the kind of person who would also complain if i held the door open for her. chivalry is dead, where have all the good men gone....don't you dare insinuate that i am weak and can't do things for myself.

you decide when to bring it up but i would wait until they are trying to start some loaded or overly charged debate and simply tell them (not ask, tell them, no aggression & no negotiation), 'you can talk about anything you like, as long is it isn't religion or politics. this is a hobby group, we are here to get away from the world's shit for a few hours and just have some fun. if you can't, won't or simply that your brand of fun is to discuss these issues, please find another group, maybe one w…
